Great customer service.I had requested to check in at 8am but I was still accommodated when I arrived earlier than that.!The location is amazing and I loved the fact that my room was very quiet which was conducive for my rest after a long flight.

Cons:

Their breakfast spread was nice but really limited especially protein options.
Could also be helpful if an iron box is provided in the room rather than only laundry services which are chargeable.
