Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very good and safe area of Nairobi. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the shower is large with excellent water pressure
Above all, the hotel staff are wonderful and extremely helpful with everything. It started with the receptionist, who welcomed us with a drink, arranged our rooms quickly in the middle of the night, and helped us with our luggage.
The breakfast experience was also excellent. Everyone was very friendly, the coffee was great, and the food was delicious.
It may be a small hotel, but it is filled with people who have very big hearts.

Cons:

The Hotel has 2 floors with no elevator, but since the crew helps you with the luggage I think it is better than big hotel to wait for the elevator

Best experience
Pros:

The location in Westlands was very good, the hotel was very cosy and elegant, exactly what I was looking for, not a soulless chain. The staff were amazing, helpful, positive. Each day I came back with pleasure to relax in a nice environment. The rooms have excellent design, the service is impeccable.

You get what you pay for - or maybe a bit less.
Pros:

Good size room, comfortable bed, nice staff.

Cons:

No lifts, water from shower ran all over the bathroom floor, in a very undeveloped area. The food in the restaurant took almost an hour to arrive and was the worst we ate during our 2 week visit to Kenya.

Kamers zijn prima en gezellige sfeer in het restaurant/de bar om een drankje te drinken. Locatie is goed middenin Westlands.

Cons:

Ontbijt was karig. Andere hotels bieden veel meer keuze, voor een lagere prijs.
