Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man nach einer langen Reise Ruhe haben möchte.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Cons:

Es war extrem laut. Im Nachbar Restaurant war eine Veranstaltung und es wurde bis 0:40 laute indische Musik gesungen. Die Lüftung vom Hotel hat man zudem auch bei uns im Zimmer gehört. Das Personal war nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war ausgebucht und haben daher kein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Es war eine schlimme Nacht. Würde ich nie wieder buchen.

Good location if you don't mind the busy streets, overall a great stay because of the amazing staff.
Pros:

Every staff was super friendly and helpful. Security screening at the entrance with security staff 24/7. Comfortable bed, and good dinning experience at its onsite restaurant.

Cons:

It's about 18 minutes walk to Sarit center (mall with many shops) through construction sites with no proper walkway/pavement and with busy streets. There were lots of construction surrounding the hotel (although I did not hear the noise once I was in my room).

A good option at a reasonable price
Pros:

Good hotel, simple but has all you need for a decent stay. The staff are friendly, the location is good for both business and shopping at reasonable distance. The hotel is on a side road, so no major issues with noise at night.

Cons:

No elevator means people use the stairs all the time, and they can be noisy. If you can ask, for a room at the end of the corridor. Breakfast can be improved.

Comfortable hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

The breakfast had a good selection of food and the location of the hotel was in a central area of the city. We always felt safe since there was always security around the premises.

Cons:

Our window was facing the roof or some sort of platform, and there was one instance that we saw some people walking on it, I think doing construction maybe. I had to close my window to get a bit more privacy.

Pros:

Staff was fantastic. The hotel has a good restaurant with live music/karaoke some nights. The room was comfortable, with lots of closet space and a great shower. Very good breakfast. We could leave our bags at the reception while going on a safari for 3 days. Good price in the Westlands area.

Cons:

Just a comment regarding the area: it is not a place to go out on a "leisurely walk"; sidewalks are basically non - existent, consisting of dirt paths with construction debris, trash, holes, food vendors, etc... Use a Street - View tool to see what I mean. That said, you may want to walk to the Sarit or Westgate malls or to the closer GTC mall (for a good Carrefour market), but that is pretty much all you have in the neighborhood. If you need more activities to occupy a whole day, you should consider a property that offers a pool, or gym, or at least a patio instead of just the room and lobby.

The staff and location were incredible and the breakfast was a welcomed addition! Thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great and also helped us massively during the aiport strikes which impacted us and helped us find a room! Thank you for making this extra effort and for treating us so well.

Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel in a quiet area of the city center. The staff were competent, dedicated, and always willing to help. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was very good, and free parking was available right in front of the hotel. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!
