fui com minha esposa comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento... na 4a. feira liguei e solicitei informações pra fazer uma surpresa pra ela... informaram que iriam colocar amenite chocolate com morango.... disse que deveria ser no sábado à tarde pois minha esposa chegaria em vôo separado.. na 5a. feira reconfirmei e me enviaram mais alguns itens pra adquirir como flores...balões etc.... na minha chegada confirmei novamente o amenites no balcão e o horário àa tarde.... enfim nada foi feito... uma enorme decepção e frustração.... me virei para surpreende-la outro local... muito ruim serviço oferecido se não dar conta fazer melhor não oferecer...... bar da piscina no 4o. andar.... petisco de pastel horrivel.. não tinha recheio de queijo praticamente só ar..... queria aguardar ali por minha esposa.... mas tbm desisiti e fui pra outro lugar fora do hotel.. A marca Hilton é tradicional em vários países... mas isto aconteceu comigo no Hilton Copacabana decepcionante....

Отель старый , в комнате грязно -пыль , запах плесени . На 40 этажей отеля всего лишь 1 повар готовит блюда из яиц . Время ожидания 20-30 минут

Pros:

Localização, café da manhã ótimo e excelente espaço no rooftop com piscina, bar e ótima música! Equipe muito simpática, destaque para Lucas no front desk e Márcio no bar do rooftop.

Locatie, service en personeel

Cons:

Wij vonden het hotel echt slecht in staat, heel oud, vies (veel haren,stof, schimmel en een muffe geur) en niet bij gehouden. Dit vonden we echt heel bepalend van onze trip. Wij zullen dit hotel dan ook zeker niet aanbevelen aan andere!!

Es war nicht so besonders, Aussicht was sehr schön. Alles anderes standart. Man hat nur mehr Erwartungen von Hilton Hotel

Für den Preis ist es nicht wert. Das Frühstück war nicht so gut, sehr wenige Sortiment für Hilton Name. Und vieles schmeckten nicht so gut.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, no la mejor, porque está en el límite entre la playa de Leme y Copacabana, a unos 5 Km. de Ipanema. A 900 m está el Shopping RioSul por lo que es accesible caminando. Las principales atracciones están cercanas, es un buen lugar para hacer base y salir de paseo. El desayuno es muy bueno, salvo los jugos naturales, desabridos y aguados. La vista al mar desde el restaurant es muy agradable. La Estação Cardeal Arcoverde del Metro está a 1 km, lo que permite usar ese servicio, aunque lo más cómodo para moverse en Río es UBER. WI FI funciona muy bien. Las vistas hacia Leme desde la habitación en piso 27, muy buenas.

Cons:

Servicio de playa, básico, con reposeras dañadas. Los jugos del desayuno, ya mencionado anteriormente, en cualquier bar de playa se consiguen de mejor calidad. De cinco días de alojamiento, dos nos deshabilitaron las tarjetas de ingreso a la habitación. La habitación bastante justa, tirando a chica. Se escucha el ruido de los ascensores (son seis) desde la habitación, no me resultó demasiado molesto porque es atenuado por las paredes.
