Pros:

The most modern Asian mall was located across the street think Beverly hills meets Paris

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a lot of traffic so if you'd like the city beat is all for you but if you like peace and quiet try something closer to the beach

Pros:

Staffs were super friendly and helful, its was my wifes bithday ,the hotel staff surprised us by decorating the bed and gave us a complementary cake.it was an amazing experience.Phuket central mall is just a 5 min walk from the hotel, nice location as well.

Overall stay was good , pool was nice, breakfast was good and most of the staff excellent.

Cons:

Reception staff were nice but at times little annoying. One day we ran out of drinking water at night and requested 2 complimentary bottled water which they blantly denied. When we offered to pay for it, they told it will be charged 75 THB per bottle( 500 ml)!really . We end up ordering 12 litres of bottle water through the GRAB app for just 120 THB delivered at the hotel.
