Erholsam und an keiner Stelle langweilig.
Pros:

Es war alles ausgesprochen komfortabel und das Ambiente hat was ganz Besonderes. Es gibt unglaublich viel zu entdecken......

Tolles Hotel mit sehr guter Lage und ausgefallenem Stil

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation, wenn man einmal die Schranke für Hotelparkplatz passiert hat, und nichts frei ist, muss man zur Rezeption um wieder ausfahren zu können und dann in den öffentlichen Bereich zu gelangen, war stressig.

Great base to discover Hamburg
Pros:

Central location with good connections by bus and metro to the popular sites and to the congress center, spacious room, cool maritime design, roomy bathroom, firm mattress, black out curtains, quiet environment, free minibar products, relaxing sauna area. The magazines in the room were a nice touch.

Cons:

Breakfast can be booked extra for 23/26 €; the food and drinks were fine but for me definitely not value for money.

Pros:

Unfassbar günstige Lage zwischen Hafen City und Speicherstadt. Dadurch kann man sehr viel zu Fuss machen und - in unserem Fall - das Auto einfach mal stehen lassen in der Tiefgarage. Hier nur der Hinweis, dass die Stellplätze sehr beschränkt sind.
Die Zimmer sind genau wie der Rest des Hotels sehr schön in einem industr. maritimen Stil eingerichtet und gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr gemütlich für einen "Städtetrip" (bei längeren Aufenthalten kann die Zimmergröße irgendwann schwierig werden).
Das Frühstück sah hervorragend aus, wurde immer wieder gelobt und wir ärgern uns, dass wir es nicht genommen haben. Aber wir kommen wieder und dann mit Frühstück :)

Für einen Trip nach Hamburg war es in Ordnung.
Pros:

Für zwei Nächte war es in Ordnung. Die Minibar war im Preis enthalten. Der Weg zur U-Bahn war recht kurz. Die Einkaufsmeile war direkt um die Ecke.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel ist zu mir zu dunkel. Alles hat zuviel Industriecharakter. Das muss ich nicht haben. Das Personal spricht einen mit "Du" an. Das passt einfach nicht und sollte nicht einfach als gegeben vorausgesetzt werden. Das Parkticket kostete den vollen Preis, obwohl genug ausgewiesene Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung standen. Das Personal hat uns aber daruf hingewiesen, dass man in der Einkaufmeile günsitger parken kann.
