מקום מקסים מעל האגם
Pros:

המלון מקסים בנוי ממש מעל האגם במיקום שקט בסן חואן, אך במרחק הליכה קצר מכל מה שמעניין: מסעדות, חנויות ורציף הסירות. קיבלנו חדר ענק מעוצב מהמם ונוח מאד, עם נוף לאגם. בחדר שלנו ששמו סן אנטוניו יורדים לחדר האמבטיה חצי קומה במדרגות. לנו זה לא הפריע. המקום כולו מגונן באופן מקסים, הכל ירוק ופורח. הצוות אדיב ומשתדל לעזור ככל יכולתו. עזבנו לפנות בוקר והצוות הכין לנו כריכים מושקעים ופירות לדרך.

A mi parecer es uno de los hoteles con mejores vistas al lago Atitlán! Los jardines son muy bellos y el desayuno es buen

El personal del hotel y del Restaurante fueron muy amables

Cons:

El baño era muy pequeño y no tenía un mueble o algún lugar para poner los productos de higiene.
La habitación que nos dieron no era parte del edificio principal pero supongo que eso depende de la disponibilidad del hotel.

Un cadre enchanteur.
Pros:

Le jardin est luxuriant ,magnifique . L'emplacement et la vue, c'est juste magique et reposant, à deux pas malgré tout du centre de San Juan.
La literie était confortable. Petit déjeuner très bon.
L'accès aux kayaks gratuitement est un plus.

Cons:

Les repas servis au restaurant étaient un peu décevant.

EL HOTEL ESTA EN UN SITIO MARAVILLOSO,NO APTO PARA PERSONAS QUE TENGAN PROBLEMAS DE MOVILIDAD `PORQUE ESTA EN TERRAZAS PERO PRECIOSO, TENIENDO EN CUENTA LA OFERTA HOTELERA DE SAN JUAN SERA EL MEJOR DE POR ALLI, EL PERSONAL ES AMABLE Y TE AYUDA EN LO QUE PUEDE. LA HABITACION LIMPIA Y COMODA.
TIENE UN YAKUZZI QUE PUEDES SOLOCITAR PAGANDO UNA HORA, PERO OJO NECESITAN DOS HORAS PARA TENERLO DISPUESTO ASI QUE GESTIONARLO CON TIEMPO.

Pros:

La vista al lago y los desayunos.

Cons:

Falta mejorar en atención al Cliente: un pinto importante es que nos cobraron un poco más de la tarifa de la aplicación, al revisar notificamos y nos devolvieron. Y en recepción se debe repetir algunos pedidos para que te atiendan.

Realmente la atención al cliente en el restaurante fue realmente mediocre, tuve que levantar a pedir el menú a hacer el pedido de la comida y a pagar, porque las señoras estaban en solo chisme en la cocina y no nos atendían, no me preguntaron el termino de la carne y me lo dieron mal, no pude comer, luego se fue la luz una gran parte de la tarde, se supone que funcionan con energía solar y los paneles nunca iniciaron, realmente no volvería más.

Fantastiskt läge vid Lago Atitlan! Fridfull omgiving, trevlig restaurang med sjöutsikt och att man odlade mycket själva på tomten.

Cons:

Såg inte så fräscht ut i bubbelpoolen samt vid kajakerna.
Ett förslag - skulle vara underbart med yogaklasser på altanen mot sjön!

Great location!
Pros:

Lovely view! Good breakfast! Has a private jetty that you can use for the lanchas, just had to ask reception to call one, which made it easier, especially when leaving with our luggage.

Cons:

The bed was very small, room was very basic, and shower was difficult to use, with hot water providing only a small flow of water.

Pros:

The view from our balcony was lovely. Breakfast was tasty and it got us going for the day. The coffee was special since it was pure Guatemalan. I found the hotel to be an easy walk from the main boat dock and the large sign made it easy to spot.

Jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit Blick über San Juan. Auf der Veranda vor dem Zimmer mit Hängematte und Sofa lässt sich auch der nachmittägliche Regen gut ertragen - dazu einen erschwinglichen Kaffee oder Cocktail aus dem Restaurant.
Das Zimmer sehr großzügig, genug Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Eco-Konzept wird gelebt mit Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau, Ambition zum Wassersparen, PV-Anlage.
Frühstück war inbegriffen.
Wir haben für 150 Qz ein sehr entspannendes Temazcal gebucht. Bei der Abfahrt wurde ein lancha publico an den hoteleigenen Pier geordert. Generell sehr kurzer Weg ins Dorf.
Jederzeit wieder!

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant war trotz eigenem Gemüseanbau kein Highlight. Sehr lecker nur die Nachos mit Guacamole.
Das Temazcal hätte gerne erklärt werden dürfen, frische Handtücher dafür wären schön gewesen.
