Pros:

Tolle Lage mit Blick über San Juan. Auf der Veranda vor dem Zimmer mit Hängematte und Sofa lässt sich auch der nachmittägliche Regen gut ertragen - dazu einen erschwinglichen Kaffee oder Cocktail aus dem Restaurant.
Das Zimmer sehr großzügig, genug Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Eco-Konzept wird gelebt mit Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau, Ambition zum Wassersparen, PV-Anlage.
Frühstück war inbegriffen.
Wir haben für 150 Qz ein sehr entspannendes Temazcal gebucht. Bei der Abfahrt wurde ein lancha publico an den hoteleigenen Pier geordert. Generell sehr kurzer Weg ins Dorf.
Jederzeit wieder!

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant war trotz eigenem Gemüseanbau kein Highlight. Sehr lecker nur die Nachos mit Guacamole.
Das Temazcal hätte gerne erklärt werden dürfen, frische Handtücher dafür wären schön gewesen.

Property was great; super clean and welcoming!! The staff is awesome- you have access to paddle boards and breakfast included- view is exceptional

Its close to the center *DO NOT use google maps* ask a local if you use google maps it will show you a really long way.

Staff were nice, the room was comfortable and had a great view

Sadly when we were there there was no light so that was a bit complicated.

Cons:

Terrible service and customer care. When we arrived at the hotel, nobody informed us that there would be no electricity, and we only found out when we got back at night after being out all day. They didn’t even try to offer any solutions. On top of that, there wasn’t any hot water either. It was a terrible experience — basic services weren’t available, and there was no intention to fix the situation or improve the guests’ experience.

Parfait séjour tout confort

L'emplacement géographique est ideal dans un village calme et assez actif avec vue imprenable sur le lac. À proximité de l'embarcadère pour les navettes, un parking et des kayaks sont mis a disposition gratuitement, un sauna, des massages et les repas dans le restaurant sont proposés pour un supplément. Les chambres sont très confortables et l'ensemble est très propre et accueillant. Une superbe expérience !

grounds were beautiful, and the staff were extremely helpful. they helped carry our luggage down the stairs, and called us a lancha straight from the dock of the hotel. breakfast was very good as well, and i appreciate that they offer filtered water on the house as i filled up my water bottle many times.

there were no fans in the room, only a dehumidifier.
