Pros and cons at the Park Hotel
Pros:

Our stay at the Park Hotel in Dalat as part of a Djoser Family tour had its pros and cons.
The location is certainly a highlight—situated right next to a park, it’s a peaceful area with easy access to nearby attractions. Another pleasant feature is the charming little shop near the reception, which sells some delicious local specialties, adding a nice touch to the experience.

However, the hotel itself didn’t fully meet our expectations. The room felt somewhat neglected, and the facilities seemed outdated. The breakfast selection was limited and lacked the fresh, local ingredients we’d hoped for.

Overall, while the location and the lobby shop were enjoyable, we found that Park Hotel Dalat could benefit from some updates and a bit more attention to detail in service and amenities

Early morning noise from building work.
Pros:

Avoid this hotel at present unless you wish to woken at 4.50 am by loud noise from the ongoing building work. They did inform guests of the building work but surely they should limit this noisy work to a more acceptable time. Other than this I was satisfied with the overall level of service.

Decent stay in beautiful town
Pros:

Hotel has an excellent location. It offers a breakfast, decent one. Staff can speak English.

Cons:

It’s impossible to get a print in the hotel what doesn’t impact my overall rating. Breakfast room is huge and needs some renovation. No air con, but could be hot. Poor offer of daily trips to coffee, tea plantations….

We had four rooms. One room was at the front of the property on the main road. This was a more expensive room. Unfortunately the road noise was incredibly loud. It was like sleeping on the street itself. Another room had very poor hot water.

Great, friendly staff! Great stay.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location- right in the centre and close to everything. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. Western breakfast was limited to toast, but they had really delicious jam. The best thing about the hotel was the staff, they are really friendly and go above and beyond. Would stay here again!
