Em resumo nota 9 foi muito boa
Pros:

Quarto grande ,porem conjugado (explico melhor na parte onde não gostei da acomodação)ótima localização,ao lado tem um grande shopping,(peguei o quarto mais caro exatamente o número 424,no 4 andar com vista para o rio,a comida excelente,muito boa ,um chef conhecido da Polônia que assina pelo restaurante,café da manhã excelente servido em um lugar amplo e muito completo ,tem um bebedouro com água gelada no corredor gratuito ,muito bom ,quarto estava muito limpo ,horário do café bem estendido das 6:30 até 10:30 ,tem um mini mercadinho no térreo que ajuda muito .

Cons:

Quarto número 424 conjugado ,tem uma porta que dá passagem para o outro quarto ,ou seja ,dá para ouvir tudo que se passa no quarto ao lado ,o que acaba tirando a privacidade.

Fui dia 25/05/26 e a jacuzzi estava fechada os 2 dias que fiquei lá
O banheiro molha muito pois tem um vidro pequeno que não protege muito ,e a água cai no chão,
Funcionários : os homens todos simpáticos e sempre tentando ajudar
Algumas mulheres com pouca paciência (pois não falo inglês )lembrando não são todas ,teve algumas que foram bem prestativas
Então daria uma nota 8 para funcionários

Mukava, mutta parantamisen varaa löytyy.
Pros:

Huoneessa oli hyvä ilmastointi, sekä huoneen sai pimeäksi, joten nukkuminen oli helppoa. Uima-allas alue mukava ja hotelli siisti kauttaaltaan.

Cons:

Vaikka suurin osa työntekijöistä oli mukavia, niin silti asiakaspalvelun tasossa on parantamista osan työntekijöiden kohdalla. Alunperin meille luvattiin puhelimessa, että aikaisempi check in onnistuu, mutta paikalle tultaessa meitä vastassa oli vihanen vastaanottovirkailija, jolle tämä ei käynyt. Olisi myös ollut kiva, että spa-osaston jaguzzi olisi ollut toiminnassa, koska uima-altaan vesi oli kylmää.

Petit déjeuner, espace spa, personnel du spa très souriant et accueillant . Emplacement près des sites à visiter

Cons:

Personnel à l'accueil pas accueillant , on a l'impression de les déranger. Personnel du lounge bar ne viens pas pour prendre votre commande et vous servir. Vous tourne constamment le dos et nettoie sans cesse la machine à café. Dans la chambre TV en panne mais réparé 2 jours plus tard et frigo qui ne refroidit pas (reste à 14°)

Would come back, but would ask for different room and check if everything works properly.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, good assortment of food and drinks.

Cons:

1. Room was next to the Elevator. Whole time someone uses lift You hear sounds.
2. Room management touch panel wont work properly, so I was unable to lower speed of ventilation and room was noisy.

Relaxing Hotel
Pros:

Lovely staff, excellent location for exploring.
Room was comfortable, clean.
Breakfast lovely, with plenty choice, didn't feel rushed.
Sadly didn't have time to use the spa area but did look relaxing.
Easy access to city centre nearby, bolt app or walking.
Look forward to returning.

Pros:

Великий вибір на сніданку, все дуже смачно, чистий номер, привітний персонал, дівчата розповіли всю інформацію яку потрібно було знати, розташування готелю - не далеко від старого міста. Поруч торговий центр та все що потрібно. Вид з вікна був на річку) Великим + стала включена спа зона, після довгої дороги те що треба. Сподіваюсь приїдемо ще раз)

Cons:

Хотілось би трішки ширше ліжко, не вистачає халатів в номерах та смарт телевізорів, для іноземців - не зручно бо все телебачення польською мовою. За ціну вище середнього хотілось би щоб паркінг був безкоштовний. Трішки при виїзді зіпсувався настрій бо при заїзді попросили поставити у морозилку акумулятори для холоду, а поставили в холодильник і всі ліки дорогою до дому зіпсувались. Напевно потрібно було 3 рази уточнити чи дівчата розуміють різницю між холодильником та морозильною камерою.

Pros:

Nice modern hotel next to the river, around a 15 minute stroll to Jewish quarter, 15 minutes to schlinder museum and around 35 minutes to main square ( following main roads) , room was modern but wasn't keen on the 2 single beds pushed together to make a double, nice walk in shower and fridge in room, television had limited English-speaking channels. Breakfast had plenty choice but was busy depending on time. There is a small shopping centre next door featuring restaurants and fast food options located around a cinema complex. Ubers are very reasonable to get around and can pick you up from the hotel reception ( around £3 to main square) would recommend this hotel and happy to stay again.
