Pros:

1. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 2. The room was beautiful! Only difference between this and a 4 star hotel would be pictures on the walls. 3.The kitchen had a very large refrigerator to store our drinks and sandwiches.

Cons:

1. Parking is very expensive. 2. Restaurants can be reached by shuttle, but the shuttles stop running around 10 and 11pm (see pictures). 3. City view was facing Crystal City, not facing DC. Do clarify at check-in! 4. The coffee machine in the room is for single servings, and it does not use K-cups, but little trays that slide in like a drawer.

THEY SHOULD CLEAN WHEN THEY PROMISED TO DO SO

I ARRIVED ON A SATURDAY, AND WAS TOLD THAT MY ROOM WOULD BE CLEANED ON MONDAY.
BUT WHEN MY FAMILY CAME BACK FROM OUR MONDAY OUTING, WE WERE SO DISGUSTED THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED, BED SHEETS AND TOWELS WERE NO CHANGED.
WE HAD TO CALL FROM DESK TO LET THEM KNOW ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED.

It was a nice stay for what I needed.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. I liked that the tv could swivel between the living area and the bedroom area. Full kitchen was nice although we didn’t use it. Nice free breakfast

Cons:

Not enough light in the bathroom area. No fan in the bathroom. Not enough towels .

Pros:

Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä lentokenttää ja siksi kätevä saapumiseen tai lähtemiseen. Yleisilme on siisti. Siisti huone. Aamupala riittävä.

Cons:

Vuodesohvassa on huono patja. Huone oli melko ahdas neljälle. Meitä majoittui neljä ja pyyhkeet oli tuotu vain kahdelle. Yöllä työskennellyt vastaanottovirkailija ei vaikuttanut kovin kiinnostuneelta työstään. Aamupalalta puuttuvat kasvikset amerikkalaiseen tyyliin ja lisäksi se tarjoiltiin kertakäyttöastioista.

There was water on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Reported the problem. Maintenance came and check for leaks. Housekeeping came to clean it up.
