Lokalizacja blisko centrum połączony z galeria handlowa. Z okna widać figurki Bolka i Lolka. Wygodne klimatyzowane pokoje.Bardzo dobre śniadania. Fajny tarasik przy restauracji wychodzący na galerię.

Bardzo dobre miejsce dla wymagających gości
Pros:

Automat z ogólnodostępną, darmową wodą (również gazowaną) i karafka w każdym pokoju do wielokrotnego napełniania bez plastiku.
Pyszne śniadanie i w małej lodówce świeże ciasto na gofry do samodzielnego przygotowania (niecodzienna sprawa).

Cons:

Brak swobodnego dostępu do górnych pięter schodami (tylko winda). Używanie schodów wymaga otwarcia przez obsługę hotelu.

Not the safest alternative in Bielsko-Biala
Pros:

Hotel with good location in Bielsko-Biala centre. Free guarded garage parking.
Excellent breakfast with very kind and friendly staff in the kitchen area.

Cons:

To stay in this hotel you are totally pending on using elevators. It is impossible to use stairs or to get out of the hotel by stairs. The card system in the elevators was only partly working for us and caused problems many times. In my opinion this is so critical as an safety issue that I will not use this hotel again.
