Pobyt bardzo udany.
Pros:

Wygodny pokój i łóżka. Czysta, przestronna łazienka. Dużo miejsca do przechowywania. Pyszne śniadania. Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu. Blisko do wszystkich miejskich atrakcji, do przystanków autobusowych i na dworzec PKP.

Cons:

Zbyt małe i niewygodne poduszki. Ruchliwa ulica pod oknem więc ciągły hałas. Na korytarzu prowadzącym do pokoi zapach dymu papierosowego wżartego w wykładzinę.

Skvělé ubytování v centru s vynikající snídaní a milým personálem. Doporučujeme!
Pros:

Ubytování bylo přímo v centru, takže jsme měli všechno blízko. Socha Bolka a Lolka přímo před budovou hotelu. Paní na recepci byly velmi milé, vše ochotně vysvětlily a celkově se o nás skvěle staraly – dokonce nám daly na výběr pokoj s vanou, nebo se sprchovým koutem. Naprostá špička byla snídaně, dlouho jsme nikde neměli tak dobrou: spousta domácích lokálních produktů, vše výborně dochucené. Vřele doporučujeme!

Cons:

Jedinou drobností bylo parkování – chvíli jsme bloudili, než jsme ho našli (nejsme místní), takže bychom doporučili popsat ho dopředu, ideálně i s fotkami na profilu. Oceňujeme ale, že bylo zdarma, a moc nás potěšilo, že se nás paní recepční při příjezdu i odjezdu sama ptala, jestli máme lístek na vyjetí – to je opravdu příjemná péče o hosty.

Dobra lokalizacja- to zdecydowanie plus, miłe i pomocne panie z recepcji.
Pokój czysty.. Śniadanie - szwedzki stół, ale w innym hotelu tej sieci dużo większy wybór. Za to piękne patio, na którym można zjeść śniadanie.

Cons:

Pokój był po jakiś przejściach, bo wykładzina z jakimiś ogromnymi zaciekami - jak na tę ilość gwiazdek - to pomyłka.

Świetny hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji w centrum Bielska-Białej. Dużym atutem jest darmowy, strzeżony parking, co stanowi ogromne udogodnienie. Obsługa bardzo miła, pomocna i profesjonalna. Pokoje nowoczesne, czyste i bardzo komfortowe, a łóżka wyjątkowo wygodne. Śniadania pyszne, różnorodne i przygotowane z wysokiej jakości produktów.
