Importante
Pros:

I like the fact that I was accommodated to utilize the room before standard check in time so that me and my family was able to get ready and be in time for Service.

Cons:

I would say the entrance or access to the property. This should be relocated so that guest staying at the resort shouldn't have to see the back of Denny Bouy's area. Also, the parking area shouldn't have been so near where guess access their rooms. I didn't really get to enjoy the property as I was there for a very short stay in and out. But I must say it is a very nice/beautiful property just that entrance/access point.

Very nice accommodations at a reasonable price in Grace Bay!!
Pros:

There was no breakfast that I was made aware of and the accommodations were very comfortable. There was no elevator which made climbing stairs with luggage difficult. There was an odor outside which smelled of sewer outside by the pool area which was not always there but noticeable as I walked bast the garden and pool. The staff were very kind, patient and helpful. The drapes needed repair in the room I stayed in, which would have been the only noticeable repair that I was aware of.

Cons:

Someone to help deliver my luggage into my room and carry back down on arrival and departure since there was no elevator.

The location is very centrally located and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I will suggest thinking of offering a continental breakfast and probably extending to include a bar and small kitchen/restaurant.
