Overall was a good experience
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Was happy to assist.

Cons:

I don’t understand why would you need an ID for 4 years old? Also everything was nice and clean except the shower head. It was covered in grime and had build up. Needs a good scrub.

Great Stay at Radisson Rudrapur
Pros:

Excellent food ,cosy rooms,great staff and good location . Has all the features of a 5 star hotel,yet feels like home,The food service is absolutely amazing

Cons:

Since it's a old building ,there are some minor issues ,for example we had an issue with our door key ,but staff solved it ,at their best possible time .

Comfortable stay with clean rooms, but a disappointing restaurant experience.
Pros:

The hotel itself was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the restaurant experience fell well below expectations. Only strong beer was available, so I had to step out to the nearby mall to buy regular beer. We also ordered a dish from the restaurant's "The Lost Recipes of India" menu, but the portion size was surprisingly small. It would have been helpful if the staff taking our order had mentioned this in advance so we could have ordered accordingly.

To make matters worse, the restaurant forgot to prepare our dessert altogether. They realised the mistake only after we had finished our main course, and it took another 30 minutes for the dessert to arrive. My wife and son waited, but I eventually gave up and returned to the room out of frustration.

The restaurant needs significant improvement in both service and customer communication.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

Pleasant atmosphere, spacious, clean room & wash rooms, good food.
Used the hotel only for an overnight stay, just for 12 hours. But impressed with the property & facilities.
