Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Kleines Hotel im Hinterhof und damit ruhig gelegen. Bis zur Altstadt ca.15 min schöner Fußweg.

Grosse déception
Pros:

L’accès rapide depuis la gare et jusqu’à au centre.

Cons:

La chambre que j’ai occupé n’était pas rénovée. Elle est propre mais très mal insonorisé. Il y a des travaux actuellement mais aucune information n’est donnée avant et à mon arrivée.
J’ai tenté de contacter l’établissement mais aucune réponse.
Le petit déjeuner est très cher pour la médiocrité des produits.

Good location but the rest was just ok.
Pros:

Convenient location within walking distance to the train station & the beach.

Cons:

The room was small & being on the second floor, there was no lift. Luckily I didn’t have lots of luggage to carry so it’s manageable but not sure for those guests with big suitcases. Also the area outside my room was messy with things strewn around the staircase landing. The staff weren’t terribly friendly either & were rather curt at times.

Douche un peu petite et isolation phonique perfectible, mais séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un vrai atout : à proximité immédiate de la gare et du centre-ville, ce qui facilite les déplacements et les visites. Nous avons également apprécié l’accueil agréable du personnel ainsi que le charme atypique et historique de l’établissement, qui possède une vraie identité.

Cons:

La chambre était un peu petite, tout comme la douche, et l’isolation phonique pourrait être améliorée, car les cloisons laissent facilement passer le bruit des chambres voisines.

Pros:

Розташування чудове, все поруч: і вокзал, і пляж. Сніданок добрий, був фруктовий салат та помідори. Персонал привітний.

Cons:

Дуже маленький номер та ванна кімнати. Звукоізоляції зовсім немає.

best vaccation in nice.
Pros:

i like very much the quite of this place it was really oasis of peace, the location perfect near to everything , the room very comfortable,clean and quite , the sheets was changed every day and the staff very kindly and professional.the breakfast good match everything you needed.

Cons:

the price for standard room was very high.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix mais emplacement pratique et agréable

La situation géographique est pratique, non loin de la gare mais au calme, dans un cœur d'îlot planté d'arbre, l'endroit est très agréable

Cons:

Le bâtiment ancien de l'hôtel est vétuste et les chambres miteuses, très usées, sans équipement, ne justifiant pas du tout les 3 étoiles ni le prix. Aucune isolation phonique entre les chambres

Pros:

Très bel emplacement, salle de petit déjeuner très agréable.

Cons:

Chambre toute petite n'ayant pas été restaurée depuis au moins 10 ans, moquettes vieillotte, meubles dégradés (n°220).
Salle de bain du même acabit, carrelage mural abimé...
Hôtel en travaux donc bruit sans proposition de compensation. Hall et couloirs encombrés par les cartons des travaux.
Pas d'ascenseur mais cela n'est pas gênant pour moi.
Nous sommes (très) loin de l'hôtel de charme proposé sur le site.
