Relax e ancora relax
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel e bellissimo appartamento con vista sul mare.
Tutto perfetto.
Ottima l'animazione, la piscina.
Ricco il buffet per colazione, pranzo e cena.
Staff molto gentile sempre e disponibile.
L'hotel ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia e alla bella passeggiata.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho lo limpio que estaba todo el hotel. Personal agradable, buena ubicación.

Pros:

El personal de animación y la limpieza

Cons:

Pues que no se le pongan limites a ciertas familias que van en grupos grandes, que tienen conductas inapropiadas y hacen tu estancia más pobre. Creo que el hotel debería de tomar cartas en el asunto.

La ubicación excelente y el acceso a la playa muy bien. Por dentro el hotel es muy bonito y bien decorado

Cons:

Las habitaciones tenían muchos desperfectos. La barandilla de balaustrada se caía. El mobiliario del apartamento muy antiguo. En el comedor muchos platos que estaban preparados para ser usados estaban sucios. Había solo una garrafa grande de agua de botella. Y el agua que salía por la máquina del café estaba malísimas

Reforma Urgente
Pros:

Lo mejor es que está en primera línea de playa. Todo el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Necesita una reforma urgente. El patio interior muy bonito pero las instalaciones muy deterioradas. La comida del buffet muy básica, desayunos repetidos todos los días sin ni un solo cambio, los postres casi todos procesados (natillas, flan, arroz con leche…). La animación muy básica también. Por las noches la animación flojísima y durante el día los animadores apenas están salvo dos ratos.

Me encanta El Bahía Serena !!! 😊
Pros:

Bueno personalmente me gusta muchísimo, por eso voy todos los años, lo encuentro muy bien tanto en servicios de atención, comida y limpieza.

Cons:

Me gustaría que hubiese ducha en las habitaciones en vez de bañera, es más cómoda , sobre todo para las personas de ciertas edades con problemas de rodillas.

Tanto el trato del personal,los camareros super amables y atentos ,y la comida fabulosa

No me gustó llegar ala habitación después de dormir la primera noche y ke el suelo no le dieron las limpiadoras y el espejo del baño no se limpio ni un día
