Pros:

Spacious room and comfortable bed. My room even had a bath tub! Staff are very polite and friendly. Hotel facilities give a local / Balinese vibe, which puts you in a holiday mood.

Cons:

Decent hotel breakfast with mainly local cuisine but wished there was a bit more variety on Western dishes.

the hotel could use new carpets throughout. Stains everywhere. The room was not cleaned once during our week long stay. The bed was stained, linen was dingy and smelled of pee.

Struttura molto bella ed elegante, camera pulita e spaziosa, vista citta', letto comodissimo, personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona e varia. Bella la piscina esterna al terzo piano.
A pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni Gubeng

La vetrata sulla città è molto bella, però i vetri sono poco insonorizzati, consiglio i tappi.

Good hotel in every way. Will book this one again when in Surabaya!

The hotel is, although not new, very good maintained and still provides great comfort. The staff is very for coming and serviclevel is absolutely good. The breakfast is quite okay, but on this part I’ve to say it’s not outstanding. The outdoor facilities to have your breakfast are however very relaxed and convenien.
Comparing the rate for our nights stay to what was changed elsewhere on Java (e.g. Yogyakarta) I consider this really value for money. Certainly taking into account it being (more or less in the center of) in the second largest city of indonesia.
