Pros:

Kind staff, big comfortable beds, nice garden

Cons:

We had to order milk for our toddler to the room, they charged 90k idr (app 4.5 euro) for one glass, that can buy a gallon of milk anywhere in Indonesia and a cocktail at the bar of the hotel. Not amount bug mentality is totally unacceptable

Fantastic value
Pros:

The hotel is huge with multiple pools and beautiful curated gardens with lots of ponds and Majapahit style statues.

Cons:

There are no eating options anywhere around the hotel - unless you are prepared to eat McDonalds or Pizza Hut... Strange for Indonesia.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and professional. They always greeted us with a warm smile.

Cons:

We'd love to have a fresh juice booth for breakfast i.e. bok choy juice, especially that Indonesia has fresh farm produce (fruits and vegetables). This is also to show our international guests that Indonesia can offer healthy food options. We'd also love to refill our drink bottles with water from gallons to reduce plastic landfills.

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt in einem
Pros:

Schönes Ambiente, im kolonialen Gründerzeitstil eingerichtet. Viel Platz, toller großer Pool. Geräumiges Zimmer. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Es wir abends für umgerechnet ca. 13€ ein Dinner-Buffet angeboten, mit vielen frisch zubereiteten indonesischen Spezialitäten. Es gibt aber auch chinesische, japanische und westliche Küche.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls lecker mit reichlich Auswahl.
Die Tunjungan Plaza Mall ist ca. 900m entfernt.

Cons:

Man könnte die Zimmer besser instand halten (z.B. Flecken auf dem Teppich, Lampenschirm kaputt) aber sie sind sehr sauber und für den Preis absolut in Ordnung.

Pros:

It is amazing for solo travellers, especially me being one at 18, my room and view of the city was amazing, better than I expected when booking.
I especially loved their fries and hot sauce! Best fries I've ever had.

Cons:

I think the only thing was just calling for tray collection as they barely understood me on the phone but I do understand that they aren't Native English Speakers :) And I do understand that!! Overall though good place to stay at!
