Relaks w zieleni w centrum miasta
Pros:

Piękny hotel. Położony w centrum, przy ruchliwej ulicy, jednak w ogrodzie i w pokojach nie słychać ulicznego ruchu. Pokoje wygodne z dużą łazienką (prysznic, wanna). Piękny ogród, pełen zieleni, szumiącej wody i klimatycznych dekoracji. Duży basen, bardzo fajny na relaks i pływanie, siłownia, a w lobby sklepiki z lokalnymi pamiątkami. Obsługa przemiła, bardzo pomocna i serdeczna! Bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt!

Cons:

Dla bardzo wymagających gości niedogodnością może być fakt, że gdzieniegdzie widać ząb czasu, ale dla nas to absolutnie nie miało żadnego znaczenia.

Wird waren leider nur eine Nacht hier auf unserem Weg vom Bromo Richtung Bali. Wir waren total zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren unheimlich freundlich. Das Zimmer groß, die Betten bequem. Das Essen (Abendessen, Frühstück) war vielfältig und wirklich gut. Der Pool mitten in der Großstadt war Erholung pur. Ja, es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und daher hat es uns nicht gestört. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

De lobby is erg mooi. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Erg goed ontbijtbuffet! Heel uitgebreid.

Cons:

De kamers zijn echt verouderd en helaas rook onze verdieping ook naar rook. De kamers kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Een heel mooi hotel, centrale ligging en met een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.
Pros:

Het is een heel mooi hotel met 's morgens een heerlijk ontbijt in een prachtige tuin. De ligging is ideaal, ligt niet ver bij de luchthaven vandaan en is op loopafstand van de gezellige hoofdstraat.

Great location and Staff, room and pillows not so good
Pros:

The hotel was quite central, the staff was amazing and helpful and the hotel looked beautiful in terms of decoration and design.

Cons:

Our room was a little bit small, outdated and the pillows there were to thick and hard, not very comfortable to sleep on

Hotel was quite central in Surabaya, Staff was amazing and helpful, the room was spacious and with an amazing view

Cons:

First time we were there they didn’t ask for deposit and the second time (3 days later) they asked for one. Same issue with the pillows being to thick to sleep on

Endroit très agréable avec de la verdure et une super décoration. On se sent rapidement à son aise.
