Struttura vicinissima al centro storico della città. Staff sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, ottima colazione e camere molto comode. Super consigliato.

Struttura pulita. Staff molto disponibile che ci ha aiutato a organizzare le escursioni nella zona. Ottima colazione servita sulla terrazza. Il phon non è disponibile in stanza ma si può richiedere in reception.

Cons:

Nella stanza non c’è il riscaldamento ma fornita di coperte per la notte.

Colazione buona e abbondante nella bellissima skyroom al quarto piano, staff sempre presente (giorno e notte) e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Stanza al piano terra molto umida e fredda e, a volte, un po rumorosa per i passaggi in reception. Letto particolarmente piccolo

Camera ampia e confortevole. Colazione ottima, servita sul momento. Personale gentile. Leggermente fuori dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con camminata di 10 minuti.

Lontananza dal centro in un contesto dove non c’è nulla. Acqua calda a sentimento. Camere buie. Assenza di scaldini. Servizio lavanderia a 10 soles al kilo pessimo: vestiti lavati e piegati alla meno peggio.

Buena estancia, a un precio razonable y con un excelente desayuno.
Pros:

Me encantó el desayuno estaba riquísimo y de frutas naturales. La atención de los recepcionistas también fue excelente, fueron muy flexibles y nos dejaron hacer check in antes de lo previsto (nuestro viaje en bus desde Ica a Arequipa llegó a las 10 am con cruz del Sur). Un dato positivo extra es que nos subieron agua caliente con hojas de coca y manzanilla a la habitación sin costes extra, estuvimos un poco resfriados y pudimos recuperarnos bien aquí!

Cons:

En general me encantó todo, pero hubiera sido aún mejor si la habitación tuviera calefacción. Sé que no es muy usual en Perú pero encontré hoteles con calefacción en Chivay por ejemplo.
