Glad to have been there.
Pros:

Wonderful location, very quiet and relaxing. Many hiking posibilities in the area and also close by. Dining room staff is very pleasant and promptly serve. Meal selection was very good, large servings and delicious. Has full spa facilities. Room and bathroom was very adequate, clean & neat.

Cons:

It is hard to find anything to complain about. I don't know if the TV did not work but I was unable to make it work. But who cares, with everything else to do I did not miss it.

De locatie, prachtig uitzicht over de vallei. Goed restaurant.

Cons:

Accommodatie is enigszins verouderd, eerste avond liep water uit douche in kamer. Super vriendelijk personeel die het kwamen schoonmaken, volgende dag is het gemaakt.
Geen brandmelder aanwezig in kamer.
Wel een waterkoker maar geen glazen en thee of koffie aanwezig.
Jammer dat je niet zelf een tafel uit kunt kiezen als je in hotel logeert, maar in aparte eetkamer moet zitten.
Weinig hulp van receptionist bij aanrijding.
Laatste mail was een uitleg hoe we de beoordeling in moeten vullen, dat is echt niet meer van deze tijd, gasten zijn prima in staat om een beoordeling te schrijven.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzaam, ontbijt was goed . Ontbijt s'morgens op balkon is genieten door ontbijt en prachtig uitzicht.
Locatie was super direct bij de wandelingen van mullerthal .
plus is directe wandeling dicht bij hotel.
Een hotel om terug te keren, tot volgende keer.
Volgende keer zwembad en massages doen.

Parkmöglichkeit, E. Lade Möglichkeit, gute Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge die Nähe nach Luxemburg Poolbereich.

Cons:

Als wir schön gegangen sind, hatten wir keine Handtücher mehr vorhanden, und am nächsten Morgen war auch noch nichts vorbereitet. Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall Eigenhandtücher mitbringen. Die Bademäntel ein Zimmer waren auch nicht mehr gerade die neusten.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Essen auch. Allerdings sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass die Preise etwas teurer sind.

Top locatie! Vriendelijk personeel.

Het ontvangst was al meteen erg fijn. In vloeiend Engels toen we er in het Duits niet helemaal uit kwamen.
Ik kan me voorstellen dat sommige mensen schrijven dat het hotel wat verouderd is. Echter is dit naar ons idee absoluut niet storend. De kamers zijn ruim, keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Ook bij het ontbijt en het diner werden we weer fijn ontvangen. En dit was helemaal prima. Er zitten inderdaad redelijk wat wespen, maar dan heb je ook een top locatie! Maar dat geld ook voor wespen direct aan het bos...
De wand route "Grüne hölle" die direct vanaf het hotel te wandelen is was niks minder dan fantastisch! Alleen daarvoor zou ik het hotel al sterk aanbevelen.
Ik zou hier zeker terug komen.

Als je wespen storend vind is dit zeker iets om rekening mee te houden.
