Pros:

I greatly enjoyed my staying at Ocean Suites.
Excellent location on the seafront, walking distance to restaurants and shops. 15 minutes taxi drive to the airport. The hotel was also one of the pick up spots of two tours of the island that I did, so super convenient from this point of view too. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. The buffet dinner of the hotel’s restaurant was also of excellent quality with many different dishes. Highly recommend Ocean Suites!

חדר מרווח, יש חדר נוסף עם מיטת פוטון, שהשתמשנו בו לאחסון המזוודות. המיקום מצויין, פונה לטיילת על האוקיינוס וקרוב למדרחוב ולשוק ולשדה התעופה.. ארוחת בורר מצויינת .

Cons:

ביקשנו חדר עם נוף לאוקיינוס, אבל החלונות היו מטונפים וזה פגם בהנאה מהנוף. המיטות לא נוחות. במקלחון הדלת ךא נסגרה וזה גרם להצפה בחדר הרחצה. החדר כושר ממוקם במסדרון והמתקנים לא מתוחזקים.

Pros:

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and spacious. There’s also a nice walking path along the coast right next to the hotel, made with a PU surface, and the scenery is beautiful.

The breakfast had a decent selection and everything tasted good. It was also convenient to go out and find places to eat nearby. Oh, and there are books available to borrow and read on the first floor, which was a really nice touch!

Cons:

The only small downside was that the outside of the windows could have been a little cleaner, as it slightly took away from the otherwise beautiful ocean view.

Great hotel
Pros:

Loved the clean and spacious room and the complimentary water each day. The mattress was really comfy, and the pillows were great. The air conditioner was quiet and effective. Loved the breakfast buffet! The room cleaning staff were lovely and kind .

Cons:

I thought the reception staff were a bit on the abrupt side, but they might have just been professional.
Would have been helpful if there was a list of rec places to eat, etc in English.

Basic accommodation but good location
Pros:

Great location and all tours start/finish from the lobby. Its perfect if you are in Jeju for a couple of days and dont actually plan on spending time in your room.

Cons:

Some of the facilities are not as advertised. Seafood buffet dinner is actually Chinese cuisine. The ‘Sky Lounge to enjoy views’ on the top floor doesn’t exist. And the ‘Harbor Bar to enjoy drinks and cocktails’ also doesn’t exist. Lastly, in line with many other reviews the beds are rock hard, it truly feels like sleeping on the floor. Its like the whole top layer of the mattress is missing.

The accommodation is very clean and in a great location, which makes it very easy to get around the city.
The hotel is located in an ideal central area, with many of the main tourist attractions and interesting places within easy reach. The location is very convenient for exploring the city on foot or by public transport.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this accommodation to other travelers.
