Hôtel propre, chambre plutôt grande, supérette juste en dessous, personnel accueillant

Cons:

Un peu loin des centres d'intérêts de Jeju mais ce n'est pas propre à l'hôtel.

It made our stay in Jeyu very comfortable after a long day of visiting

Good location. Very convenient to the airport and attractions. Staff are helpful. Rooms are clean. Good location for early morning coastal walk. Next to the concert hall. We were happy the watch the Brass performance that weekends Cafe BetterFlat at the ground floor has yummy bread.

Cons:

Hotel was full hence unable to get ocean facing room. Hotel does not supply toilet floor mat was only given when asked however it is removed when doing housekeeping

Great location overlooking the ocean
Pros:

An ocean-view hotel with Asian-style rooms, comfortable mattresses, and everything clean. The restaurant offers an excellent, highly varied breakfast. The hotel serves as a great base for exploring the island. There is a pickup point for excursions right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient. A 7-Eleven, a shop, and numerous restaurants are located nearby.

Cons:

Some reception staff do not speak fluent English. At checkout, the staff member could not explain why I was being charged an additional 20,000 won.

Lovely place, well worth the money
Pros:

This is a great place in general, the breakfast is awesome and the location is very good. There’s also lots of services and a restaurant for those who want to stay in a bit more.
