Personnel pas très sympathique. N'attendez rien d'eux.
Pros:

La propreté. La variation des petits déjeuners. L'inconvenient store au pied de l'hôtel. L'emplacement.

Cons:

L'attente devant l'ascenseur alors qu'il y a bien le logo handicapé, il n'est pas réservé aux PMR. J'étais au 20ème étage et attendre 20 minutes pour avoir 1 ascenseur est inadmissible !

I'd probably stay again if there were no better options available.
Pros:

Location was good. Very near Busan Station. Had lots of restaurants nearby. Also had various cafes and convenience stores. There was a bus stop across the property and the nearest train station was just a few minutes walk away. The staff was okay, nothing remarkable about it. The breakfast was really nice. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

Staff experience could be better. Elevators could be very busy at check-out times like other hotels. The ice maker wasn't really working during the entirety of our stay. One staff said that the all the ice might have been taken by other guests. Not a deal-breaker but wanted to point that out.

Pros:

朝食は美味しかったし、日本語も喋れるスタッフがいたから安心でした。

Cons:

日系だからと思って予約したが、日本の東横インより部屋は狭いし、日系なのにコンセントは韓国使用で変換プラクが必要だった事、もう少しコンセントを増やして欲しかった。あと、部屋の掃除ももう少し丁寧にした方がいいとおもった。

距離公車站非常的近，很方便，樓下就有一間還滿大的GS25吃宵夜也很方便！稍嫌不足就是空間比較小一點，雙人房的話28寸行李箱可能要掀蓋式的才有辦法展開，廁所馬桶沖水後續水聲很大聲，隔音效果稍差。
