Stayed here for five days,staff very helpful n pleasant,breakfast was good,and filled when low,you could have bagels,toast,yoghurt fruit or sausage,scrambled eggs n bacon.orange juice n coffee of course.
Our room was a ideal size,all clean n tidy,thought the curtain across shower area was weird thought door would be better,we were on the 8th floor,no view out of window just brick wall but it didn't bother us. The air con was noisy though,you couldn't have on during night as too noisy !. That i found was the only downside.times square literally on door step five minutes if that.they was a bar couple of doors away which was good too.
Would stay here again.

Location is perfect, yards from Times Square and the subway station, yet the noise is kept out. Staff were amazingly friendly too.
We felt as though there could have been more storage space in the room, a mirror in the main room area would help and also another shower attachment rather than just the rainfall shower head. The hotel’s overall ambiance was too dark for us too, if it was brighter and slightly more modern it’d definitely be a 9 or 10 out of 10.

First time staying in NYC and was very excited about stay from all the reviews. Not sure where all the positive reviews came from?
Pro’s: nice check-in, friendly staff, great location!, surprisingly quiet.
Con’s: room EXTREMELY small/compact, destination fee upon arrival with $25 credit that can be used at restaurants (tricky to use, watch times and place) NOT FREE breakfast, can use $25 credit but definitely not worth $25! By the time we found breakfast, we were told rooftop until 11am, but it was downstairs only until 10am. There was about 1/4 c eggs left, overdone hash browns, some bread, bananas and yogurt. I heard another guest say “that was sad”. My thoughts exactly! Rooftop lounge was sad also, hotel room tight, rundown, drawer stayed open on bedside table, bed frame torn in multiple places, window was view of brick wall, bathroom and shower is apart of room except for a curtain that can be drawn.

The room and property were extremely clean. Very good size room for New York City! Our room was quiet, clean and overall very comfortable. The staff were very professional and nice. The property is in the middle of everything Time Square and Broadway.
The only area for improvement is the fact that no matter what you put the air conditioner on it was still too warm in the room. The thermostat would say it’s on 65 but we were hot during the night.

Oteldeki AC’ler çalışmıyor, odamız 27 derece sıcaktı, bu sebeple oda değiştirdik ancak değiştirdiğimiz odada da aynı şekilde oda çok sıcaktı. Cam açık uyumak zorunda kaldık. Bu da New York gibi sesli bir şehirde çok zor.
Great restaurants on the roof of the hotel. A great place to meet up or to just chill out if you're by yourself. The room was a little on the small side, but the location more than made up for it.
