Spacious, well located, but has room for improvement
Pros:

The room was spacious, well located, and very clean. The staff were helpful and responsive, with a 24 hour reception.

Cons:

The flight of stairs without a handrail inside the front door to the lift and reception on the first floor was difficult to negotiate with luggage.

The sofa in the suite was cheap and uncomfortable. There was no equipment in the kitchenette, though it was offered when we asked.

The breakfast was very average, with dried up warm food and inferior bread and pastries. There was freshly squeezed orange juice if you did it yourself.

Pros:

Uklid byl v pořádku To je jediné co na hotelu bylo dobré.V okolí je blizká dostupnost Václavské náměstí. Ale příště raději zvolím jiný hotel

Cons:

Nedostali jsme pokoj který jsme měli zaplacený,byla uvedena kuchyňka,další pokoj s gaučem,ale loft apartmány rozdělili na obyčejné 2 pokoje tudíž jsme zaplatili za pokoj loft a dostali obyčejný pokoj pouze s terasou.(pozor na to)Snaži se vybrat z lidí hodně peněz za málo muziky. Snídaně byla tak na hotel max 2 hvězdy.

Highly recommended for a beautiful stay
Pros:

It's exactly that.... A palace!!! It's so grand and stunning. Very spacious room lots of storage large bathroom location is great just a 10-15 minute walk to lucerna music bar down hill and there's a Tesco express 2 minutes walk away and a beautiful cafe 2 minutes walk away also. Brilliant value for money. Id highly recommend it to all family and friends.

Cons:

Had to ask for extra pillows as only given 1 each on bed. Whilst the bathroom was nice the boiler could do with putting a cupboard around it as it does look pretty awful on show and does make the bathroom look less amazing.
The hotel is on top of a very steep hill so I wouldn't say suitable for someone whos unfit or with mobility issues unless you get a Uber/taxi back to the hotel and you do have to go up alot of stairs to get into the hotel.

Ein komfortables Appartement in idealer Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel war mal ein eher nobles Haus, welches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es ist aber alles in Ordnung und sauber. Das Bad ist relativ neu mit einer Badewanne statt Dusche und mit einem Bidet.
Die Lage ist sehr gut hinter dem Nationalmuseum sehr nahe am Wenzelsplatz.
Durch die doppelten Fenster war es trotz einer verkehrsreichen Straße recht ruhig.
Ich durfte (gegen Aufpreis) mein gemietetes Fahrrad im Keller zwischen Getränkekisten und Wäschesäcken deponieren.

Cons:

Nur teilweise sehr alte Vorhänge, mit Stangen, an denen der Ziergriff fehlt. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist eine günstige Schlafcouch und nicht besonders bequem. In der Küchenzeile ist nur ein Wasserkocher. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen. Der Fernseher hängt leider im Schlafzimmer statt im Wohnzimmer und ist für heutige Verhältnisse auch relativ klein. Ein Kingsize-Bett mit Ritze hatte ich schon länger nicht mehr.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang durch Roy an der Rezeption. Hilfsbereit und viele Informationen bekommen. Unsere Räder waren gut untergebracht.
Die Suite war großartig und toll. Das Restaurant neben an sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hatte leider kein Angebot an Müsli und das Brot/ Semmeln waren nur aus Weizen.
Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren doch weit weg. Aber es gab eine U Bahn.

Stanze davvero ampie…

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto che in camera ci fosse la cucina ma senza pentole, quindi inutilizzabile. Le tende erano un po’ sporche con alcune macchie marroni abbastanza visibili. Per il resto però il parquet al posto della moquette è stato sicuramente un punto positivo.

Pros:

The hotel is in an absolute top, central location, making it incredibly easy to get around. The building itself is historic and visually stunning. Housekeeping team does an excellent job—the entire property is perfectly clean.

Cons:

Rooms do not look like the advertised photos and are desperately ready for refreshing. There was visible water damage on the ceilings, and some furniture was literally held together with tape
Room lacked basic essentials. There was no hand soap, slippers, body lotion, or other typical hotel amenities provided
