נקי מאוד, צוות מקסים, מיקום נהדר אין מזגן בחדרים
Pros:

צוות מקסים שירותי מאוד פשוט תענוג.
פקידי הקבלה היו מקסימים וסבלניים הסבירו והדריכו אותנו איך להתנייד, הזמינו עבורנו מקום במסעדה והכל בחיוך ועם המון רצון לסייע. אחראית בחדר האוכל שהבינה שאנחנו לא נוגעים בנקניקים ובבשר עשתה מעל ומעבר כדי שיהיה לנו מה לאכול. המלון נקי ממש מבריק. מיקום המלון נהדר.

Cons:

אין מזגן בחדרים היה חם והמאוורר שישנו בחדר לא עזר בכלל. לא היה טלפון בחדר נאלצנו לרדת לקבלה בלילה כדי לבקש כרית נוספת.

Pros:

Very clean, great value and a 10 minute walk from central Prague. The staff were very helpful. Felt very safe in the area and people were very friendly in a nearby cafe and mini market.

Great place to stay in Prague
Pros:

The place is great! Location wise it is super centric. The staff is really helpful and caring. The room was also spacious, clean and really well maintained.

Cons:

There was a power shutdown for a moment when we were having breakfast but it got resolved quite quickly, apart from that nothing else.

Goed gelegen bij het centrum

Cons:

De badkamerdeur kon niet geopend worden. Als alternatief kregen wij de sleutel van een kamer twee verdiepingen lager zodat we in de nacht twee verdiepingen naar beneden moesten, erg onhandig

Konumu çok merkeziydi. Kahvaltısı çok yeterli ve harikaydı. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

Tek beğenmediğimiz nokta dışarıdan bir yerden sürekli yemek kokusu geliyordu ve odalarda terlik yoktu.

Comfortable and spacious hotel but be prepared to climb stairs and a hill.
Pros:

Spacious room with everything we needed (except air conditioning). Staff were very helpful. Quite a good location.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a hill above Wenceslas Square and also has a flight of stairs before getting to the lift so is tiring moving luggage. Even without luggage, getting from the nearest underground station involves lots of stairs and an uphill climb. The circuitous tram route might be a better option. No air conditioning so the room gets pretty hot in summer. It is a good idea to open the bathroom window when the exhaust fan is on otherwise the smell from the sewer gets sucked through the drain

Great location facilities very disappointing
Pros:

The location was excellent

Cons:

Last day of our stay there was no hot water. so couldn’t have a shower before travelling home. Temperature was high the days we stayed room had no A.C just a standard fan.
