Pros:

大浴場が快適だった。朝食もよかった。

Cons:

思ったより部屋が狭く、部屋では快適に過ごせなかった。タオルが少なかった。

古さはあるけど、みんな頑張ってる感あり
Pros:

やはり温泉がある事。15時〜朝10時まで入浴可能は嬉しい
スタッフさんの小まめなお掃除も良かった。
24Hファミマも便利
美鈴コーヒーが部屋にも一階にもあって良い
多分にスタッフ不足はあるのかとは思いますが、皆様頑張って接客されていた気がする

Cons:

充電器の貸し出しがあるかを内線で聞いた時の対応が悪かった。不機嫌そうな対応
フロントに行くと対応は良かっただけに残念
大浴場にはロック解除が必要だが、海外の方には分からなかったらしく、私が開けたら、ドカドカと大勢無理やり入られ「えー、」となった
あとは建物全体の古さは否めない
朝食は物価高だからでしょうか？以前より内容が落ちた感じがあった
大浴場は客側に問題あるな〜と…
若い方々より高齢な方がワガママに思う

Nothing really. But I dont reckon the seafood buffet breakfast was that great as some other people had commented. Its good but not great.

Great location various food optiond and generous breakfasts.
Pros:

A great choice of food was available with generous quantities for breakfast. Fabulous view from our room. Good size room with a window that could open. A gallery with interesting local history was part of the reception area.

Cons:

Body moisturising lotions in the change area post onsen would be useful. Better lighting in the onsen/bathing area would be useful.

Pros:

スタッフの対応などきめ細やかであった

Cons:

以前より朝食に感動を覚えなかった
夕食外に出かける時の温度対策をして欲しい又はアナウンスでも良いのでラビスタでの予約であった為
ジンギスカンスペシャルは残念でした
