A usual Onsen Hotel in Japan
Pros:

The hotel is quiet.

Cons:

There is nothing much to do. There is a water spa, but required additional payment. It would be good to be included in the room as there are nothing much you can do except for the onsen.

景観、食事（朝食付き）

Cons:

　平日利用させてもらったのですが、チェックインの
時間が17時過ぎだ事もあり、シャトルバスの最終時間に間に合わす、駅からタクシーを利用する事ににりました。　今回は、こちらのシャトルバスの時間のチェックミスですが、もう少し時間を増やして貰えたらと感じました。

雨がなければ、最高のロケーションだった。
Pros:

部屋から海が見え、リゾート感が良かったです。また、温泉設備もあり、ゆっくり身体を休めることができました。

Cons:

2泊しましたが、コップ、茶碗が、交換されませんでした。残念でした。

Gorgeous hotel, would thoroughly recommend
Pros:

Beautifully designed hotel and we had an amazing large room/suite. Spa swimming pool was extra which was fun, nice Onsen. Amazing breakfast and dinners, although could be clearer which drinks were included with meal as this caused us some issues a couple of times. We enjoyed the astronomy and were lucky to view saturn through the 50cm telescope. Beautiful area, wish we could have stayed longer

Cons:

Better labeling of 'pay for' drink at meal times would have saved some embarrassment, swimming pool a little pricey.

都リゾート系列のホテルは 機会があれば次回も利用したいと思います。
Pros:

館内の案内が わかりやすかったです。ベットの硬さや大きさが良かったです。チェックアウト11時も ありがたく、退館準備時 気持ちに余裕をもって対応出来ました。

Cons:

これは決して 清掃面が行き届いていない、と言う意味ではありません。どこも清潔で気持ち良かったです。唯一 退館前に 忘れ物 チェックのため 全ての引き出しを確認しましたが、テレビ下のパネルを倒してみたところ、綿埃だらけでびっくりしました。パネルが倒れなければ気が付きませんが、倒れる造りだったので、滞在者によっては 小生のように開いてしまう可能性がある個所は、対策・対応が必要と考えます。
