思い出に残る良い場所でした！
Pros:

広くて開放感がありました…スタッフの方々の対応もフロント食事の場所含め全て良かったです！清掃のスタッフのかたも希望を伝えたら対応してくださり助かりました！ゆったりと過ごす事ができて大変満足度しております…食事内容も充分な内容で息子がとても喜んでくれました♪伊勢の郷土料理も堪能できて大変満足です。

広い建物なので仕方ないですが…お風呂か遠すぎてスリッパで歩いただけで靴ズレがおきました。年配者にはきつく部屋風呂利用になりそうです。部屋に人数分のタオルがありますが洗面所の手拭きタオルが無いため…自分のタオルを使いましたがお風呂で使ってるので濡れたものを使用するのは抵抗がありました！

幸せの時間でした。
Pros:

ロケーションも最高，料理も最高，スタッフも良い，お部屋も良い，正直あまり教えたくないほど良い，プールも孫達とても喜んでいた。また必ずリピします。

お子様連れにはとても良い
Pros:

ロケーション、お部屋の広さは文句なし。それよりも特に良かったのはスタッフさんたちの温かさ。おもてなしの心をたくさん感じました。今回は小さな子を連れての旅行でしたので、ホテルの周りに海やプール、天文台があり移動がなくゆっくりと過ごすことができたのは最高でした。お部屋の中に蟹が入って来たのも、自然を感じて非日常を感じました。

Cons:

施設の古さはどうしても感じてしまいます。ソファのへたり感やベランダの木製の柵などは残念でした。しかし、清掃は行き届いており、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。あと、お部屋は禁煙なのですが、タバコの匂いが少ししました。そこも残念…
2連泊をしましたが、バイキングの食事が2日間ともほぼ同じ内容でした。食事は旅の楽しみのひとつです。もう少し楽しみがあってもいいかな？と思いました。

楽しい思い出になりました。また行きたいです
Pros:

二家族で利用しました。
スタッフの方々皆さんとても親切でブュッフェは朝夜とても美味しく平日は時間制限も無くゆっくりゆったり出来ました
部屋は広くロケーションも良く防音もしっかりされています
孫はプールを気に入り二日間入りとても楽しんでました
天文台は曇っていて星を見る事は出来ませんでしたが晴れた日にまた行ってみたいです。

Pros:

プールは利用した日と、次の日まで追加料金なく使えて、ジェット噴射のパワーがとても強くて楽しいです。
天体望遠鏡があり、金星と月を見せてもらいました。貴重な体験でした。
大浴場も露天風呂もありゆっくりできました。
伊勢神宮巡りがメインの旅行でしたが、車で40分かけてくる価値はありました。

Cons:

空調の冷房効きが悪く、夏場の宿泊では室温がなかなか下がらず快適に過ごせませんでした。
また、天然温泉が別料金であることについて事前案内が十分ではなく、利用時に初めて追加料金が必要だと知りました。予約時やチェックイン時に分かりやすく案内していただけるとよいと思います。
