Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht, stark überteuerter Zimmerpreis.
Pros:

Schönes grosses Zimmer mit grosser Terrasse und wunderbarem Blick auf den Hafen.

Cons:

Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Mobiliar abgenutzt, Teak-Holzterrassen-Bretter und andere Holzverkleidungen defekt und beschädigt.
Sanitäreinrichtungen, teils defekt, undicht und verstopft.

A major disappointment
Pros:

Premier location with great views of Bourtzi fortress in harbor; very close to all of Old Town. Common areas are well-decorated and kept-up -- unlike guest rooms.
This was probably a very attractive hotel DECADES ago!!

Cons:

This hotel is in dire need of guest rooms renovation and improved upkeep and care in these.
Many complaints: one of bathroom lights had burned-out bulb when we arrived. Room safe did not open when programmed; had to be pried open by harried staff.
Water pressure was very poor in shower; shower head fixtures were loose from wall attachments; button to engage hand-held shower attachment fell out of fixture housing repeatedly.
Charged for bottled water each day (unlike the other 4-5 star hotels during our stay in Greece).
Wall-mounted light switches and curtain controls were unlabeled and very confusing and only semi-mastered through trial and error.
Room rates were VERY high in relation to (lack of) value.
One evening, women's restroom off lobby was filthy with no toilet paper (per wife's report).
Woodwork in guest room was faded and peeling; desk chair with torn back (see photos).
Staff was fairly responsive to some of these issues.

I really enjoyed my stay and loved the location.
Pros:

Loved the location right in the heart of town. Loved the deck looking out to Bourtzi castle, enjoyed relaxing there.

Cons:

I would have loved fried egg options for breakfast. There were hard boiled eggs, but sometimes you don’t want to crack and clean.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and we love it! Drive to the beach at Tolo.
Pros:

The location is awesome. A short walk to the Plateia, restaurants, shops, museum, the harbor. Great view from our room. The breakfast is excellent. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

We had a problem with our AC. They tried to fix it, and offered to move us to another room. The hotel is beautiful, but needs a little more maintenance in general.
