Bueno realize la reservación para mi hijo pedí q si por favor podían darme una habitación con vista al mar me dijeron q si que si tenían disponibilidad me la darían al llegar yo al hotel pregunté y me dijeron q si pero que tenía un costo extra. Si yo pedí desde un principio una habitación así por lo regular hubieran puesto eso no que ya estando dentro del hotel me dicen q si pero q te nos un costo extra, pues me tuve q adaptar ala q me asignaron no tenía la misma vista pero ya no me quedo de otra lo q me molesta que no sean claros.

Pros:

La vista y ubicacion que estaba perfecta con mi itinerario de ese dia, , las personas del hotel muy amables todas bien lindas y la persona que nos apoyo con el auto muy amable.

Cons:

Mala calidad de WiFi, el desayuno buffet siento que debería haber mas menú, la botella de Shampoo era muy pequeña para 4 personas y el jabón solo era uno y muy pequeño, mas sombrillas en el área de piscina estarían genial talvez dos mas serian geniales, Solo esos detalles. Repito solo detalles.

No volvería, muy mala experiencia

La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

Mi esposo llevaba su short de siempre como traje de baño, aun así no pudo usar la alberca, ya que el personal no se lo permitió a pesar de que había otras personas con short, muy mala experiencia, pagar algo no tan barato para no poder usar las instalaciones.
