All staff were very pleasant esp Koe who cleaned my room and Mint at the front desk. . I extended my stay to 12 days as I had dental treatment. I needed extra ice to help with the swelling and the bar staff were great.The reception staff also helped me with clear written instructions to catch a bus South. Thanks so much I will be back. I highly recommend this hotel it is central in Sukhummvit and safe for an older solo traveller.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and nice. The area is quiet which is great if you don’t want noise.

Cons:

- Gym equipments need maintenance.
- The toilet in my room didn’t flush . Room service had to fix it twice.

Decent hotel in a manic area
Pros:

The room was comfortable and quiet (good sound insulation) albeit without any view to speak of. The breakfast was very good – wide variety, plenty of options, including eggs cooked to order – and the breakfast room was pleasant. The area immediately around the hotel was nice and quiet, despite being close to a very busy area. The proximity to urban rail stations was useful (this was the main reason for staying in this area).

Cons:

The surrounding area was horrible! Sukhumvit is just manic 24/7. Incessant traffic and noise, dense crowds everywhere day and night, an obstacle course getting from A to B, not relaxing in any way. If I’d known in advance about the level of noise and congestion and the general vibe – far worse than I’d expected – I’d never have chosen a hotel in this area. But the hotel still gets 8 because it was good, despite the surrounding area.

Great location!
Pros:

Small but clean and comfy room. Great breakfast selection and friendly staff. The hotel is also in a fantastic location.

Cons:

When the card is taken out of the master switch, the fridge switches off...which left food and drink spoiled.

Great stay, would stay here again
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection of food for breakfast including pastries, bread, jam, freshly cooked eggs and omelette to order, a selection of hot(not spicy) Thai food, fruit, yoghurt, fruit juices and coffee. Great bedroom with large TV and beds. Nightlights to help find way to bathroom. Lots of lighting options. Helpful door staff, great location for two BTS stations and terminal 21 shopping mall for food and other entertainment.
