Pros:

It is like as living in a small village. The room was spacious not very new but in a way that I really liked it. The beach was very nice and the pools were large enough for my kids to enjoy. The breakfast had a lot if choices and the taste of food was very nice.

Cons:

It could have more activities for the guests and kids and more free playgrounds to keep us occupied.

Good location, great staff, lovely rooms but facilities need updating.
Pros:

Convenient location close to Agios Nikolaos. Was very easy to rent a car and do great day trips. Hotel was incredibly helpful when I needed to sort out a luggage problem, they recommended and helped us make bookings at great restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable. It was spacious enough for a family of four. Great modern bathroom. Loved the convenient onsite grocery store with cheap bottled water and snacks.

Cons:

The pool and beach areas were not as upmarket as they looked in the pictures. Grass was a bit overgrown, not very well kept, and loungers on the beach generally old and not comfortable. It was packed with young kids and felt like a kindergarten. Which is great if you have young kids but not relaxing and doesn’t feel like a premium resort.

Great for family vacation.
Pros:

Lovely authentic hotel with Greek atmosphere and warm hospitality.
Big swimming pool. Beautiful beach with clear water. You can park your car close to house. Clean comfortable rooms with AC. Good kids club.
Great location. 5 min from hotel Olive farm where you can book different workshops.
15 min from nice Plaka village.
1,5 hour to Knoss palace and around 2 hours to Zeus caves.
Hotel arranged activities for kids every day (Greek dinner, movie night).

Cons:

Breakfast very easy, not bad, but very simple. You have to pay for drinks separately.
There is good seafood restaurant so I recommend not to book dinner from Hotel.
No ironing desk in the room.

An absolutely perfect family holiday
We just got back from Candia Park Village in Crete, and honestly — if you're travelling with kids, stop hesitating. This is the place.
The beach is the most beautiful and accessible one we found anywhere on the island: calm, clean water and genuinely easy to reach with children. And the best part is that everything is in one spot — the beach, the pools, the restaurants. Once we arrived, we didn't need to get in a car all week.
The food was excellent. Fresh, with an amazing variety, and enough choice that even the pickiest eaters in the family were happy at every single meal.
The staff deserve a special mention. Smiling, warm and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. Everything about the place is easy to navigate — check-in, getting around, booking things, sorting out any small request. No friction anywhere.
And as a parent, what I appreciated most was how safe the whole place feels. Safety and security are noticeable everywhere you go, which meant we could actually relax and let the kids be kids.
An amazing holiday from start to finish. We'll be back.

Cons:

We loved everything, really. The only thing — and it's the same in most places in Europe — is that there are bees and wasps in a lot of the areas, and they come to the food. For kids with an allergy, that can be more of a problem.

It was excellent, we especially like the warm people at the dive and watersports, we will be back!
Pros:

I like the whole place, it makes a relax environment travelling with kids. Also, having the dive shop and water sports in the resort is a huge bonus!

Cons:

The shower floor was clogged, if you shower long, you will flood the whole shower and toilet floor.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, die Anlage bietet genügend Schatten. Neben dem Sandstrand gibt es auch einen schönen felsigen Strand mit Steinterrassen, dort ist es beseutend ruhiger.

Cons:

Leider gibt es viele Gäste die früh Morgens die Liegestühle besetzen. Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag gibt es irgendwie Abends keine Show, keine Live Musik oder Unterhaltung. Keine Ahnung warum. Der Kaffe am Morgen ist ungeniesbar. Das Katzenkloh vor der Gelateria ist auch nicht gerade sehr schön ;-). Die Yogalektion müsste eine Stunde vor dem Frühstück beginnen.

Pros:

Die Anlage, die Rezeption, super Gelato, das Yoga, die Kinderanimation, das Meer. Eine überschaubare ruhige Anlage obwohl viele Familien da sind, es war trotzdem irgendwie immer angenehm ruhig. Der Abend Yoga Spot war unglaublich schön. Open Air Kino ein Highlight für die Kids.

Cons:

Die Betten könnten besser sein. für 4 Personen doch etwas eng und dass unser 2 Jähriger schon zahlen musste beim Buffet.

בריכות ומתקנים נהדרים, חוף ים מקסים, מגרש טניס, הופעות, גלידריה וסופר נהדר הכל בתוך המלון. נאלצנו לקצר את השהיה ולוותר על לילה, הצוות בקבלה אפשר את העניין ומול בוקינג קיבלנו החזר מלא על הלילה הנוסף. לא מובן מאליו! ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נהדרת, מבחר ענק של אוכל טעים. המון פעילויות לילדים קטנים. תודה רבה❤️
