The village itself is an incredible oasis, with so many flowers and picturesque landscapes. Also great kids club, with very nice staff, and super good ice-cream at the gelato shop. However, this is where the good part stops. Everything is nice outside, inclusing the pool and beach, but the houses are old, moldy, and worn out.
We changed 3 rooms to get to one where there was no mold smell. In the standard room category it seems all had this issue and you could see from outside, that all houses were full of cracks and very old. There is no obvious difference between the village view rooms and garden view rooms, they were identical, so we came to the conclusion that they included the most damaged and moldy ones into the cheaper category. I would not usually leave a bad review, especially since they did change our room until we found an acceptable one, but I am upset because the second one they gave us had an existent issue with some infiltration and they offered it to us after they used a good amount of perfume to cover the issue. In 3 days the infiltration was obvious, with the smell building up and a damp floor corner revealing itself, where old marks were on the floor.
Insects were everywere inside the room, no nets on the windows or doors.
Breakfast was ok, but not something amazing as seen in other comments. Omelette station used literally the same amount of oil as eggs. We tried the almond milk and it was bad, chunks coming out of the bottle, and when we informed the staff they said they will do something but meanwhile left it there for other people to consume.
The food in the restaurant a la carte was below average for a greek taverna, while the prices were very very high. We were a group with kids so we used the restaurant every day of our stay, and it disappointed us each time, with not so great food and sometimes veery slow service. kids menu was ok and with nice options, pool bar very nice as well.
To wrap up the 7 days experience, a very nice complex, in desperate need of renovation (not only the serenity suites please, with a 2x price...), and an upgrade of the food.

Teilweise war es beim Frühstück recht laut durch viele und eng beieinander stehende Tische.

This was a visually stunning place with fun architecture that took inspiration from Greek mountain villages. Very warm staff and delicious food. A perfect resort really!
Fab setting, staff were lovely, pool & beach facilities great, all very clean. In general it was a lovely place!
Accommodation could be better equipped (e.g. we had no knives, only 2 bowls even though there were 3 of us, and no coffee making facilities) and the bed was two singles pushed together (my one was extremely creaky to the extent that it woke my toddler if I moved too much!). I can see why the buffet option works well for most and would be good value, but one of us is vegan and while there were some options available, it seemed crazy to pay the standard price per head for extremely limited options for both breakfast and dinner.

Helaas blijkbaar nog echt laagseizoen ondanks meivakantie, waardoor dus ook niet alle faciliteiten in gebruik waren. Dit is niet vooraf gemeld, let hier dus ook als je in april wil boeken.
Verwachtingen waren hoog na tips van familieleden, dus dat viel tegen. Overigens wel netjes een voucher gekregen ter compensatie.
