Cons:

I reserved a room and it was shown as not available. I have been charged for it without staying. Your company Hotels.com changed the booking to a date in September that my appointment was moved to. Charged for two rooms, not stayed in any.

Pros:

They hotel is very clean. When you get assistance at the desk they are very friendly.

Cons:

When there are more than two people at the desk, they prefer to talk rather than help customers. Sometimes if there's only one they see people approach the counter and go to the backroom for a minute or two

Cons:

The restroom set-up in the room was not ideal and the sink in the toilet side did not drain well. Be sure to pull the door and clean behind it in the bathrooms.
