مذهل ومريح بقلب اسطنبول

الغرفه كبيره جدا جدا و السرير مريح والحمام عباره عن غرفة شور لوحده وغرفه بوديه بس بدون شطاف وانتو بكرامه لوحده وجكوزي ومغسلة ايادي ونظافتها فوق الخيال والمكيف بارد صراحه روعه والموقع خرافي اولا المواصلات المترو الباصات كله تحت الفندق وجنبك 3 مولات ومطاعم زي التنتوني و الدوروملي ومطاعم كثيره و مسجد يبعد دقيقه مشي وصرافين و سوبر ماركت كل شئ تحتك أنصح فيه بكل جديه...

удовлетворительное,но не больше. Не соответствует бренду Hayatt

нет достаточной лояльности и понимания желаний и просьб клиента
сервис ресепшена и менеджмента оставляет желать лучшего. У них не клиент всегда прав, а их желание,которое даже не обсуждается с клиентом. Менеджмент никакой. Работы с клиентом нет вообще

Pros:

Изключително чисти са стайте. Персонала е отзивчив и любезен. Храната в ресторанта е много вкусна. В добър у уреден квартал на Истанбул е разположен. Препоръчвам!

The mattress was almost broken need to renew
There is no enough sound proof so all the music from the disco coming down

Great stay at the Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is very spacious and the room cleanliness is excellent. Everything needed is present in the room: plenty of storage space, a very large bathtub and a very large (rain) shower, a smart TV, a handy Bluetooth speaker, an electric sunscreen and electric curtains, a small fridge (which also serves as a minibar), coffee and tea supplies and daily replenishment, as well as the replenishment of two bottles of water.

The staff is particularly friendly and present in large numbers at the excellent breakfast buffet. The breakfast offers more than enough choice: rolls, many different types of cheese, a salad bar, hot dishes, cold dishes and desserts, fresh fruit, cereals, several juices, and a number of different types of coffee, such as cappuccino, espresso, and lungo.

In short: a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!
