Pros:

La position et le style bavarois. Le restaurant trop bon.

Cons:

Le bruit nocturne et l'odeur de nourriture qui arrive dans les chambres (vu la chaleur on était obligés de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes..) et le restaurant est vraiment en bas de l'hôtel.

Mooie, ruime kamers met fantastische bedden en douche middenin het stadscentrum.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met een fantastisch goed bed en nog niet eerder zo’n goede douche gezien in een hotel! De locatie is geweldig, middenin het voetgangersgebied, maar je wordt prima en vriendelijk geassisteerd om naar de parkeerplaats te komen. Alles dichtbij, vriendelijk personeel.

It it right above the public restaurant so is quite noisy with the windowopen until 11.30pm. . You have to check in in the restaurant.

Pros:

Grote kamer en badkamer.Het bed was heel goed. Locatie kon niet beter.echt pal in het centrum.

Cons:

Het lawaai van de airco's van de locatie naast het hotel. Tot heel laat in de avond!
Ontbijt is niet in het hotel zelf. Is in een koffiebar aan de overkant van het hotel.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in bester Lage mit schönen Zimmern, tollem Frühstück und herzlicher
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und passen perfekt zum besonderen Charme des Hauses. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein – mitten im Herzen von Baden-Baden, direkt in der Fußgängerzone und praktisch alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut, mit einer schönen Auswahl und allem, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem charmanten, persönlichen Hotel.

Tolle Lage, super Service!!!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, denn man ist mitten in der Stadt. Zum Frühstück sitzt man sehr schön auf einem Platz in der Fußgängerzone und hat alles im Blick. Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Und wenn etwas nicht auf dem Buffet zu finden ist, wird es einem schnell vom sehr freundlichen Service gebracht.

La propreté, le confort du lit et de la salle de bain, bon petit dejeuner

Cons:

La manque de la clime et une petite lampe afin de pouvoir lire le soir, il y avait seulement la grande lumière au plafon, le personnel pourrait être plus accueilant

J'ai bcp aimé cet hôtel, simple, mais avec tout le confort. Je recommande son emplacement,le service et l'accueil. En plus il parle français et c'était un de mes critères.

Cons:

J'ai moins apprécié le petit déjeuner, les confitures pot en plastiques individuels, pas bcp de choix de croissanterie

В номере не было кондиционера
Забронировал на две ночи, после первой ночи приехал с работы все вещи мои собраны и убраны на ресепшн, оказалось что по ошибке перепутали думали что только на одну ночь , хотя таксу и за собаку сразу взяли за две ночи, после этого случая даже не предложен был апгрейд поменяв хотя бы вид из номера , но , ок заселился в тот же номер снова , но после второй ночи , мне пришло письмо что я должен таксу, хотя в квитанции при заезде было указано что я оплатил и за таксу туристическую 9 евро и 30 евро за собаку

Perfekter Aufenthalt, wo alles gepasst hat, gerne und jederzeit wieder, sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage und die Geschäftshäuser in Baden-Baden sind somit sehr gut erreichbar.
Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und im Angebot ausgewogen, wer hier nichts findet, dem ist vermutlich nicht zu helfen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet, man spürt sofort, dass man sich bei der Einrichtung und dem Ambiente große Mühe gegeben hat, dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
Zudem darf nicht unerwähnt bleiben, dass die Servicemitarbeiter im gesamten Haus sehr höflich und zuvorkommend sind. Selten hat man sich so um mich in einem Hotel bemüht. Hierfür 5 Sterne von mir *****.

Cons:

Ich kann hierzu leider keinen Kommentar eintragen, da es nichts gibt, an was ich auch nur die kleinste Kritik üben könnte.
