Staff was perfect, made us feel special, the grounds were breathtaking.
Pros:

The grounds were beautiful. The mini bar prices were the best I’ve ever seen. I appreciated that they fixed the slide so my kids could enjoy it.

Cons:

There were no places to sit near the hot springs. While my kids swam or relaxed, my husband and I had nowhere to sit other than in the restaurant or the bar.

El hotel, la comida y el trato del personal.

Cons:

El estado de la piscina fría cerca del restaurante, si se nota un poco el deterioro por el paso del tiempo, baldosas faltantes y los cojines de las sillas estaban con olor a humedad y sucios al estar a la intemperie.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolles Ambiente und die Poollandschaft der heißen Quellen war wunderschön. Nutzen sollte man auch den Rundwanderweg um die Lodge.

Der Ort liegt wunderbar im Regenwald. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Angestellte.
Pros:

Die Speisekarte war aussergewöhnlich. Frühstück mit Früchten sehr nahrhaft.

Cons:

Es bedarf noch einiger Sicherheitsvorkehrungen: Geländer zum Einstieg in den Pool, Rutschsicherheit im Bad, obwohl sehr gute Keramikplatten. Wandhaltung.
Ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher wären auch nicht schlecht. Zusätzliche Ablagen für Kleider im Schlafzimmer wären auch nicht schlecht.

Pros:

Que todas las instalaciones están rodeadas de densa vegetación. Eso fue lo mejor. Hay oportunidad de mejora en los detalles en acabados constructivos de las habitaciones. También la piscina es un punto que podría mejorar.

Cons:

Tuvimos que esperar un poco a la hora del check-inn porque la habitación no estaba lista. SIn embargo, como recompensa nos ofrecieron un tour nocturno lo cual fue un buen gesto.

Een waar sprookje
Pros:

Wat een geweldige ervaring bij Rainforest Hotel Chachagua! Echt een super mooie en unieke plek midden in de natuur. De locatie is fantastisch en overal is iets moois te zien. De warmwaterbronnen waren echt een hoogtepunt, en onze kinderen hebben enorm genoten van de natuurlijke glijbanen. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, top hospatality!

Ook het ontbijt was erg goed verzorgd en heerlijk. De restaurants op het terrein zijn wel behoorlijk prijzig. De kwaliteit van het eten in het restaurant bij de warmwaterbronnen viel helaas erg tegen, zeker in verhouding tot de prijs.

Ondanks dat hebben we enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden we deze plek absoluut aanraden voor gezinnen en natuurliefhebbers!

I would definitely stay here again! A magnificent setting.
Pros:

This place is quite magnificent. The setting is beautiful and our room was lovely. The Hot Springs were fantastic and it was so nice to have them not be crowded. We had a wonderful cooking class and really enjoyed our hike in the rainforest. We had two massages in our room which I would highly recommend. The massage therapists were Lillian and Celia and they were outstanding.

Cons:

Honestly, the level of the cuisine did not match the other high quality offerings. And I wish that the coffee had been better.

Pros:

Great included breakfast. Spacious room with beautiful bathroom. Beds were comfortable amazing private porch with the best hammock . Staff were friendly and helpful. Great on site guided tour included. Great night hike(for extra cost) . Hot springs were great

That I had to leave 😂 I would have liked to see some local food options on the menue at the restaurants and some salad options .

Awesome place 🥰
Pros:

Absolutely worth every penny, this place was fantastic. The staff were amazing and made the whole experience even better. We saw loads of frogs, spiders and other animals on the night tour, spent hours relaxing in the hot springs, and even braved the big slide into the river. To top it off, we saw our first sloth! Huge thanks to Bryan for all the helpful tips about Quepos
