Wonderful but food needs to be reviewed
Pros:

Location - hot springs and Roy was exceptional!

Cons:

The food was really average and lets the hotel down. They are catering for the US customer. They do not offer gluten free bread or pasta. Very limited on what we could eat so had to resort to eating out.

Beautiful stay in the middle of nature
Pros:

Amazing food and great service.

Cons:

We liked everything! Only remark is that if you’re driving instead of taking a tour van be prepared to drive through many potholes and very narrow bridges.

Absolutely amazing place but the restaurants were a bit too pricey for my liking
Pros:

The property was absolutely amazing. It was probably the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. We were surrounded by jungle.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the prices of the restaurants. One restaurant was a little more expensive than the other, but both were what I consider insanely expensive, especially given the economy there and the general prices of things. but saying that, everything they made was so incredibly fresh.

Pros:

Location and vibe of the resort was great in the rainforest. Hot springs and pool was very nice. One of a kind! Staff was friendly, and a dedicated concierge was a very big plus. Bryan took care of us as we checked in and with any reservations we needed. Fruit patter was waiting for us once we got to the room. Staff went extra miles to welcome us with a cute towel swans for our wedding anniversary.

Cons:

Food would be our only complaint. Food was hit or miss. Besides the burgers, rest of menu lacked flavors and freshness. Also the lighting could be better to set the mood inside the restaurant for dinner. Drinks were good but really wished the food was better. Not worth the value.

Amazing stay. Simply the best and we will be back. A gem!
Pros:

Absolutely the best. I rarely leave reviews but worth the spend. I won’t spoil you the surprise but you will be « Wow »ed when you get there

Cons:

The food could be a little better but for the country it’s pretty good.

Es un hotel voutique de solo 32 habitaciones en una floresta tropical lleno de animales en su hábitat natural , monos perezosos, tucanes , armadillos

An experience as well as accommodation
Pros:

A beautiful villa in a rainforest. Great breakfasts (although too big!). Loved the hot springs and pools. Recommend the bird watching tour

Staff was perfect, made us feel special, the grounds were breathtaking.
Pros:

The grounds were beautiful. The mini bar prices were the best I’ve ever seen. I appreciated that they fixed the slide so my kids could enjoy it.

Cons:

There were no places to sit near the hot springs. While my kids swam or relaxed, my husband and I had nowhere to sit other than in the restaurant or the bar.

Pros:

El hotel, la comida y el trato del personal.

Cons:

El estado de la piscina fría cerca del restaurante, si se nota un poco el deterioro por el paso del tiempo, baldosas faltantes y los cojines de las sillas estaban con olor a humedad y sucios al estar a la intemperie.
