A nice white modern apartment complex
Pros:

Very well equipped with all the apartment facilities you need. We asked for our twin bedroom to be made into a king as we only had a 27 yr old son joining us.
Fyi the queen bedroom is sort of off the living space (no window) but has 3 aircon units which works well and the twin room/king is much bigger and as you enter the apartment.
The table for breakfast/ lunch etc is situated outside under cover with sun lounges , this works well.

Cons:

I think this could be the case with a lot of properties with very large swimming pools - they are not heated, kids won’t mind, but a little the pool was a little cold for me ,maybe peak summer months when it’s hot, hot, hot, it would be ok

Pros:

Staff made us feel very welcome & provided great information. Apartments were spacious & clean & we easily accommodated 9 adults & 2 children over 2 apartments.

Cons:

Nothing really. Our bed was firm.

The pool resort is the perfect place to stay when you are visiting Port Douglas. The staff are exceptional and the walk
Pros:

The resort was located in a perfect location only a short drive or a 20 min east walk to the main part of Port Douglas.
The staff were super helpful and gave multiple recommendations including where I could do my 10km run.
They were also extremely generous and provided additional supplies we needed.

Cons:

The bed in the Master bedroom was a bit uncomfortable. A bit too hard for my liking.
The shutters in the main bedroom also were broken and couldn’t be shut and the lights outside made it a touch hard to go to sleep.
The sliding door to the pool was hard to open and close.

Pros:

Very friendly reception staff.
Clean and equipped 2 bedroom apartment. Balcony with golf course view and mountain behind.
Great place in Port Douglas, compared to the rest of the hotel stock here

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pool Resort - so relaxing, great customer service, just a short trip to the central

I like this place -it's need, tidy and contemporary and I'd probably come back.
Pros:

The pool was super clean, and the space was great. It also had much of what we needed ie. coffee makers and kitchen stuff.

Cons:

Could be a little more functional. There was no long hanging space (int's the tropics - women wear long dresses), I had to resort to hanging all of my dresses over the top of the open cupboard door. No lamps in the main bedroom for reading - I stole one off my friend in the second bedroom. No towel hooks inside or outside for wet towels and the toilet roll holder was completely off - we didn't even use it. Speaking of toilet paper - when there are 2 females (or worse 2 adults and 2 kids for a week) with only 1 room service option in that time - is 3 rolls really enough? I bought 2 rolls with me - and we were both grateful.

Pros:

Great apartment with outdoor patio leading straight onto the pool, which was really big. Nicely appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean. The ladies on reception were super friendly and gave us some good tips for eating out and spa. Games and books were available from reception.

Cons:

Bed was a bit soft for me - but that's just a personal preference.
