Categories

Cleanliness
6
Mixed reports: some guests explicitly praised clean rooms, but a serious report of cockroaches and other cleanliness concerns lowered the overall sentiment.
Service
9.8
Staff repeatedly praised (friendly reception, helpful personnel, animator singled out as excellent); occasional slow response at busy times noted but overall service sentiment is very strong.
Location
9.9
Consistently highlighted as a major positive: beachfront/proximity to sea, good access to town and sea views from balconies.
Room Quality
6.9
Mixed to below-average: several guests mention outdated rooms, small furniture, lack of basic in-room equipment (no kettle, no towel dryer) and issues like weak cold water pressure.
Amenities
8.2
Strong amenities noted (sea-view pool(s), two pools, live music, animation, assigned parking) but some negatives (no pool towels, very warm pool temperature, limited pool hours) reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed perceptions: some guests feel the hotel merits 4 stars and good value, while others complained about overpriced stays and low-quality buffet — overall slightly above average.
Food and Beverage
9
Generally praised in many reviews for variety and drink options; however, at least one detailed review strongly criticized the buffet quality, so sentiment is positive but not unanimous.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall a positive stay driven by location, staff and amenities, offset by significant issues for some guests (cleanliness incidents, dated rooms, occasional food problems).

Kiváló lenne a hely, ha működnének a légkondik
Pros:

A helyszín csodálatos, a szálloda medencéjétől két lépésre a part, mely egyik irányba a városközpont felé a másik irányba a strandok felé vezet. (Bár végig a parton szinte bárhol be lehet menni a tengerbe).

Pros:

Lokacija, velikost sobe, kar udobno, čisto.

Cons:

Smo visoki in v takšnih tuš kabinah se je nerodno tuširati. Ampak to je res le osebno mnenje.

Szuper helyen, apró tuning ráférne
Pros:

Csodás elhelyezkedés. Nagy szoba, kényelmes terasz. Medence használat nyugányakkal is az árban. Italokat is tartalmazza a félpanziós ellátás.

Cons:

Lehetne egy kis konyhasarok a szálláson. Az ágyakra is ráférne a csere. A félpanziós ételekben nagy a választék, a minőségen lehetne javítani
