Exceptionnel un personnel serviable et souriant

L'accueil personne aimable avec sourire également la personne au bar très gentille et professionnel ainsi que nous avons pris deux déjeuner et votre personnel est serviable et impeccable gentillesse nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir dans votre hôtel, avons également utilisé le spa nous y retournerons c'est certain puisque nous avons de la famille a chicoutimi

The location is convenient and the pool area was enjoyable for my child. The hotel has a lot of potential and I can see why it may have been considered a premier destination maybe years ago.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our overall experience did not live up to the hotel's reputation. The property feels very dated and is in need of significant renovations and better upkeep.
The dining experience at Le Légendaire was particularly disappointing. The mussels lacked flavor, the burger was dry, and the Coquille Saint-Jacques was overcooked, leaving the scallops very chewy. Considering the prices charged, the quality of the food did not meet expectations.
We also encountered some maintenance and cleanliness issues in our room. The shower head was not functioning properly, and the bathtub still had visible dirty streaks upon arrival.
Customer service could also be improved. When I inquired about a reimbursement, the receptionist came across as dismissive rather than helpful.
While we still managed to enjoy parts of our stay, the hotel overall felt overpriced for its current condition. Based on our experience, I believe there are better options available in the area.
