Washing machine/dryer plus iron and full size prong board. Great location and had a parking space for the car.
The entrance was tricky, we received the wrong code to get inside and the parking directions were difficult.
The apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of most major tourist attractions, so there's hardly any need to use public transportation.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I really enjoyed chatting with some of them—they made the stay even more pleasant.
The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, although the furnishings are a bit outdated. The only downside was that the bed was quite small for two people.
One thing I really appreciated was the excellent housekeeping service. Fresh towels and other supplies were available every day upon request, and you could also pick them up from the reception whenever needed. I forgot to mention that having washing/dryer in the room helps in saving money on laundry 😅 and you don't need to pack much clothes.. Just wash n reuse. And yes they provide the dishwasher and washing machine soap!
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. My only advice is to book well in advance to get the best rates. We booked at the last minute and ended up paying more than we would have if we had planned ahead.

The bathroom and the location. Bathroom was clean, good shower. Location is good as well.
There is a long list of things here.
1. If you like hygine, stay away !! The floor was dirty as if it was not cleaned for a few days. The oven seemed not cleaned in weeks.
2. If you want to apartment so that you can cook and do laundry, stay away….the dishwasher, washing machine bith were out of order. The oven was dirty to be used.
3. The staff is courteous but could help with words like “i am sorry for your inconvenience however i can only let my management know about this but cannot do anything”. Later another staff member suggested that he can change the apartment on the second day which effectively meant i need to be at the property during the day, pack my stuff and unpack again….half day gone !!!
So in short if you are looking for a apartment because you want to use the appliances, be comfortable in a clean place - look for other options i am sure Edinburgh has many.
Comfortably and well equiped apartment with great location for sights, shopping and dining.

I know you can't help it but it was very noisy in the mornings with traffic outside - trucks for pub deliveries? Or garbage collection
The location was great and it was a good size gor 2 adults and 2 small children
Overall great experience but a few annoying things like the lack of washclothes and the bed was very hard.
Excellent location, quiet and clean property. Great amenities within the suite. Very comfortable and lots of linens and supplies were provided for our stay.
Bedroom bed is a little small being a double. Maybe the carpet could use a change-up.
Location and room size
Walls were very grubby and the marks stood out. The bathroom smelled very bad. The doors would not stay open to allow air circulation. The window faced a classroom and the blinds gave no privacy when open. The hallways smelled bad. Only two seats in the kitchen.
The location is perfect.
Free parking from 6pm to 6am.

The beds are so inconfortables, specially the single bed and the sofa/bed.
We had 2 towels for 6people. No bed sheets for the sofa/bed.
The light for the bathroom is 2.5m high.
Can’t rate the staff, didn’t see or talk to anyone.

The dryer is a bit tough but other than this it was good

Clean and great location. Had a great bathroom with good amenities.
No sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and our keys kept not working and had to continue to make new ones.
