The time spent here seemed to fly by! It was an unforgettable experience. The staff were highly professional, sociable and extremely welcoming. The reception staff and the housekeeper were very professional and attentive. The room was cleaned every day, the bed linen and towels were changed regularly, and everything was spotless and inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel to tourists from Romania as well as visitors from the United Kingdom. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

We booked the package with breakfast included, but unfortunately this was the most disappointing part of our stay. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the menu did not change at all during our visit. Eating the same food every morning quickly became repetitive and unappealing. A wider variety of options and some changes to the menu would greatly improve the experience. The staff in the breakfast area were friendly and polite, but the quality and variety of the breakfast did not meet our expectations. ⭐⭐☆☆☆

Наверное надо четко прописать про вид из номера Верхние этажи просто окна с французским балконом

Отель неплохой, но нужно учитывать, что он находится на очень крутой горе и пожилым людям и с ограниченными возможностями будет достаточно сложно добраться до отеля

Приятный персонал, очень хороший ресторан
Красивый вид в ресторане, вкусная кухня (повар просто молодец)
Хочется оценить работу официанта Хасана! Очень отзывчивый и внимательный ко всем просьба клиента сотрудник!

Cons:

Horrible/gross/dated hotel that tried to scam me and I ultimately had to call the police to get assistance (I've been to 20+ countries and I've never had to do this before). Save yourself the money, time and energy and book your stay anywhere but here.

Worth the experience
Pros:

The view on the 6 floor 😍 music and staffs/ breakfast.

Cons:

The room I reserved was selected based on the information and photos provided during the online reservation process. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I did not receive the room I had booked.
I was assigned a room with one queen bed and one single bed instead of the room I reserved, which was a high-floor room with sea view, city view, and two single beds.
The assigned room was on the second floor, and the window faced a storage/garbage area. The room also had an unpleasant smell.
In addition, the room key had issues opening the door. Although the night staff changed the key, I had to go up and down almost three times after checking in very late at night, which was not a convenient experience.
Also, the room photos showed tea and cups as part of the room amenities, but these were not provided in my room.
