Exceptionnel....J'y retournerai.
Pros:

La chambre fût exceptionnelle, directement sur la plage, avec une vue mer magnifique. Une belle terrasse avec un emplacement jardin très agréable avec un lit de bain et des transats. La chambre était très spacieuse , la salle de bains aussi. Très confortable pour deux personnes. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible. L'emplacement sur la plage, la proximité avec San Lorenzo est idéale. Le parking.....Bref cet hôtel moderne, mais avec un esprit cosy et pas trop grand est une pépite.

Cons:

Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas.

Hotel 4 stelle ma c’è margine di miglioramento..
Pros:

Location,servizi compresi nella tariffa e complesso tranquillissimo
Cibo sia colazione che cena buonissimo e ottimo

Cons:

Servizio gestione mezza pensione della cena un po poco preparato per essere un Hotel a 4 stelle.
Sarebbero da seguire/formare maggiormente con standard da Hotel a 4 stelle..

L'emplacement de l'hôtel ainsi que la chambre que nous avons pris

Cons:

Le service de restauration du soir. Nous avons été presque refoulé à 20h15 pour le service du soir ... Puis en fin de repas, on a senti que votre chef de rang aurait désiré que nous partions plus rapidement. Pas de proposition de dessert ou autre...dommage. j'ai tout de même demandé un digestif !

L'accès à la mer, le personnel super gentil, la beauté de l'endroit, le calme, lit très confortable, propreté de la chambre

Cons:

Petit bémol sur la douche qui passe du froid au bouillant sans raison. Avec des enfants en bas âge sous la douche c'est compliqué + douche très très glissante

Établissement bien mais service nul, dommage, c’est une Ferrari conduit par des gens qui n’ont pas
Pros:

L’établissement , par contre, le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur, ne parle pas, français, pas anglais, ne fais aucun effort !! à la réception, il n’y a pratiquement jamais personne ! Nous avons commandé petit déjeuner continental, une catastrophe, nous avons tout reçu sauf celui -là.

Relax sul mare
Pros:

Stanza deluxe con vista mare assolutamente accogliente e molto romantica, baldacchino all’esterno in cui rilassarsi se in dolce compagnia.
Ottima la colazione, e anche la possibilità di accedere alla comodissima e rilassante spiaggia privata. Possibilità di pranzare a pochi passi dall’ombrellone.
Personale cordiale

Cons:

Servizio di ristorazione che non riflette a pieno la bellezza del posto, seppur il pranzo sia stato ottimo.
Si può migliorare nella qualità e nel servizio.
