Pros:

L’emplacement est exceptionnel. Les chambres sont lumineuses, bien décorées et spacieuses (y compris la salle de bain). Nous avons testé plusieurs catégories de chambres et les avons toutes appréciées surtout la
Suite. L’hôtel est climatisé. Il accepte les chiens. La plage est très facilement accessible (pour les humains seulement).
Nous avions pris la demi-pension. Nous avons très bien mangé tous les soirs. Attention toutefois aux suppléments pas toujours indiqués.
Le personnel au restaurant était très sympathique.

Tiefgarage ist sehr gut erreichbar und gleich neben dem Hotel
Privatstrand ist sehr gut und einigermassen sauber

Cons:

Absolut unfreundliches Personal. Weder einsichtig, Lösungsorientiert oder kompromissbereit.
Anscheinend brauchen sie sich nicht um die Gäste zu bemühen wegen der Lage.
Sehr schmutzig Tuch vom Boden des Bads bei der Anreise bei den Bildern

spiaggia anche se piccola è sempre rimasta sporca !!! Stanza rumorosa perche troppo vicina al bar e al ristorante !!! Cani che abbaiano in giro per l’albergo !!! La ventola del bagno rotta!! La colazione scarsa e ogni giorno le stesse identiche cose (uova , bacon , salame, insalata …
Non è un 4 stelle vero !!! Il costo della struttura troppo elevato anche perché ogni giorno andavamo a cercare spiagge più pulite e curate ovviamente a pagamento.
In più il conto finale sbagliatissimo, bisogna presentare attenzione perché aggiungono calici e piatti a caso.

Auch nach einer Woche muss man jeden Morgen die Zimmernummer aufsagen, auch die eigenhändige Unterschrift bei Strandtuchrückgabe ist mehr Formalismus als Kontrolle, Kaffeemaschine macht jedes Jahr Pfütze am Morgenbuffet, Tee muss in den kleinen Kaffeetassen getrunken werden

Such a disappointment. We are paying $500-600 per night for this hotel, and this is how we are treated?

There were literally only my young daughter, myself, and one other gentleman on the entire beach. Despite this, a staff member came over to us and aggressively told us that our room did not include the first line of umbrellas and beach chairs, and that we had to move.

If I had known from the beginning that the first line of the beach was not available to us, I would never have booked this hotel, especially at this price.

There were also several other issues from the beginning. At check-in, the front desk lady gave us only one key, even though we are staying as a family. The pictures shown on the booking website also do not accurately represent the bathrooms, which have curtains instead of the type of bathroom shown in the pictures. After I complained, we were eventually given the room category that I had actually booked.

Then Nicole came over to us on the beach. Instead of politely explaining the policy, she was extremely confrontational and continued to harass me while I was with my young daughter, insisting that I move even though we were practically the only people on the entire beach. She repeatedly told me that it didn’t matter that the beach was empty because I had not booked that particular row.

This was completely unnecessary and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

For a hotel charging $500-600 per night, I expect much better communication, hospitality, and respect toward guests. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable and has seriously affected our experience.
