Desafortunadamente fuimos en la época de calor y no están preparados para tener buena ventilación. Nos colocaron un ventilador, pero no era suficiente. Había que abrir la ventana y al abrir la ventana se ve que en la vida han pasado un trapo alrededor de la ventana y en los radiadores. Así que por eso la parte de pulcritud es bastante baja. Jó elhelyezkedés, tiszta szoba.

Rendkívül meleg volt a szobában.
Nincs légkondi, csak ventillátor.
Alig lehetett aludni a melegtől.
Az ablakot nem lehetett becsukni, rossz volt rajta a zár.
Bejelentkezéskor 20 percet kellett rohangálnom a hotelek között, mert senki sem volt a recepción.

It was very dirty upon check in. Previous shower amenities from previous guest left in shower, toilet not cleaned. Room only had 1 fan in 37 degree weather and nil ventilation in room.

don't book when there's a heatwave it's absolutely horribly hot inside the room even with the fan and the window open all night, was also given a fan without the front part which is a safety hasard

Cons:

L'autre lit où on sentait bien les ressorts. Papier et mouchoir sous le lit. Fenêtre cassée qu'on pouvait tenir ouverte avec un bout de bois et pas de clim!!! Après la clim est rare à Londres, j'ai pensé à tort qu'elle y était vu que c'est un trois étoiles. J'y mettrai deux étoiles. Le prix est cependant très compétitif pour Londres.

Reservamos una habitación para 4 personas, nos dieron la 14, una habitación de apenas unos 5 metros cuadrados y un cuarto de baño diminuto(un metro de ancho) y en ese metro en fila se encuentran la ducha, water y lavabo. a duras penas podíamos movernos por la habitación las 4 personas y con una gran incomodidad.
Al ser un segundo piso, por normativa de seguridad, las ventanas no se abren, eso combinado con que el establecimiento no dispone de aire acondicionado, hace que la habitación y el minúsculo baño sean un horno (mas para cuatro personas), el único remedio era un ventilador muy ruidoso con el que había que intentar dormir teniéndolo toda la noche encendido para mover el aire caliente.
La falta de espacio y la calor han sido lo peor, pera además de eso, la ducha apenas echaba agua y la limpieza de la habitación era deficiente.
Solicitamos los dos primeros días de nuestra estancia en recepción soluciones a todos estos problemas, un cambio de habitación, la reparación de la ducha, la apertura de las ventanas o al menos, un segundo ventilador y tras cuatro noches allí ninguna de las peticiones fueron atendidas o los problemas solucionados.
En resumen, una estancia muy decepcionante y desagradable, no volveremos y no recomiendo este hotel, especialmente en verano.

Das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist leider sehr heruntergekommen. Die Toilette ist zu nahe am Waschbecken, weshalb man kaum Platz für die Beine hat, es gab nur ein Handtuch im Badezimmer und in der Dusche war der Wasserdruck zu niedrig.

Pros:

The room was clean and modern and check in was simple / friendly staff

Cons:

The room was very hot, unbearably hot however they did provide a large fan. Almost was charged double at the property as the payment had not updated on the system - the shower head was covered in limescale so didn’t want to utilise and could do with changing but otherwise fine

Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at Comfotel GRN. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, making it good value for money. I would happily stay here again.

Unbearably hot, unsanitary, and a genuine health hazard
Pros:

Staff were really lovely and accommodated our early check in!

Cons:

Not one to write reviews but our stay here was an absolute nightmare. The room has no air conditioning, and while a fan was provided, it did nothing to combat the stifling heat, which felt like a genuine health risk.

Trying to get ready for our event was miserable; we were constantly sweating, which ruined our hair, clothes, and makeup before we even left. Things only got worse when we returned late that night. The room was so overwhelmingly hot that I could only manage 2 to 3 hours of sleep, and I had to sit by the open window just to gather the strength to move.

To top it off, the shower was filthy and completely lacked ventilation. Even taking a cold shower didn't help, as I would instantly start sweating again the second I dried off.

This entire experience completely ruined the start of our event. By the next morning, the severe lack of sleep left me feeling incredibly nauseous and run down. Management seriously needs to address these conditions, for anyone dealing with a chronic illness, an environment like this is genuinely dangerous.
