it was in a very communicative place and the staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

the water would sometimes stop for a few minutes then come back whem showering. we were on the last floor if that has anything to do with it

OK, mais ne pas s'attendre à des miracles pour ce prix :)
Pros:

Bon emplacement à 10min à pied de plusieurs lignes de métro (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith&City, Circle...).
Lits confortables.
Salle de bains agréable.
Personnel (check-in et ménage) très sympathiques.

Cons:

L'appartement était horriblement chaud, et nous étions en RDC donc compliqué de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes en notre absence ou pendant la nuit : il avait beau faire 25 degrés au meilleur de la journée, au bout de 30min fenêtres fermées il faisait facilement plus de 30 degrés à l'intérieur... et pas de climatisation, seulement un gros ventilateur très bruyant.

L'appartement donne sur une avenue très passante même la nuit. Nombreux passages des sirènes de pompiers qui ont leur caserne à proximité.

There wasn’t any ventilation. We were sweating and there only was a ventilator. We asked if it was possible to have another and they said no.

Had to turn back seeing the property, not acceptable to stay with family. Booking.com charged fully for 3 days
