Ich weiß nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Ich weiß es ist Hochsaison, aber das war Abzocke. Personal: spricht nicht mal Französisch (bis auf eine Person), offensichtlich schlecht geschult, Verständigung mühsam. Zimmer irre klein, Bad, in dem man sich buchstäblich nicht umdrehen kann und das zudem über reichlich Schimmel in der Dusche verfügt :-( Die ganze Bude ist extrem hellhörig (maximale Raumausnutzung mit offensichtlich geringstem Kostenaufwand) Die viel zu engen Treppen durfte ich dann am letzten Tag nutzen, weil unten im Frühstücksraum die Hotelangestellte Toast im Toaster angekokelt hat, der Feueralarm losging und sie ihnen nicht abstellen konnte - bis morgens um 07.00 alles Gäste "evakuiert" waren und auf der Straße standen. Ein late Check Out klappte erst nach 45 min Diskussion, auf die Rechnung dafür warte ich noch, dafür wusste dann niemand, dass ich einen late check out gebucht hatte und ich wurde mehrere Mal von Reinigungskräften und von der dann zuständigen "Rezeptionistin" darauf hingewiesen, dass ich das Zimmer verlassen müsse. Worst experience ever.

The bathroom was a little bit small.

Il bagno aveva una doccia pressoché inutilizzabile: una camera aveva il piatto doccia mancante e senza vetro nè telo, l'altra aveva il vetro solo in parte. In entrambi i casi facendosi la doccia si allagava il bagno (e la camera).

Śniadania nędzne, poniżej krytyki. Rozumiem koncepcję śniadań we Francji, ale to w końcu hotel trzygwiazdkowy, szczycący się obsługiwaniem turystów z całego świata. Plastikowy tost, serek z pudełka i dżemik, także z pudełka, to doprawdy zbyt mało. Cena śniadania: 15 EUR. Poza tym, po przyjeździe, dostaliśmy pokój na 6. piętrze, maleńki i zwyczajnie brudny. Nie mieliśmy nawet miejsca na walizki, a byliśmy w hotelu 8 dni. Poprosiłam o zmianę, tak, aby pokój odpowiadał opisowi w Booking.com, ale recepcjonistka powiedziała nam - oczywiście - że niestety, wszystkie pokoje są zajęte. No cóż. Poszliśmy na kolację, a po powrocie pani już czekała na nas, tłumacząc się gęsto, że zaszła pomyłka, itd. Przy dłuższym pobycie oferowane są inne pokoje, a ten byle jaki przydzielił nam „system”. Dostaliśmy bardzo miły, czysty, wyremontowany pokój na 4. piętrze.

Firstly if you want to stay in a bathroom - choose the one person room. The shower, sink, and toilet are all in the same tiny space as the bed. You have to step over the toilet to get into the shower. My first room - the shower leaked - not from the door, but another area. I noticed a river of water flowing towards my luggage and the bed. I asked to switch rooms and was accommodated .

My second room - exact same type - the sheets were not clean. There is no phone, and there is not always a person at reception so I messaged them through their app and never received a reply. When I went out for the day I mentioned the strong perfume and foot ordor smell on the sheets and was told it was impossible they were dirty as the rooms are cleaned after guest departure. Well, the sheets might have been cleaned after the last guest departed, but someone used that room in between departure and my arrival.

This is of no fault of the hotel, but I had a medical emergency and was admitted to the hospital. I was advised not to be alone. It was already late Friday so I stayed that night, but decided to leave a day early so I could join friends and not be alone- as advised by doctors. I told the reception when I checked out 1 day early at 11 am - plenty of time for them to clean and rebook the room why I was leaving. She did not comment just processed my check out. I emailed the company and said I'd be happy to provide proof of my hospital stay, but I was told "Your reservation is non-refundable. Regardless of the reason indicated, this is non-refundable rate cannot be changed." So if you want a subpar experience and premium prices stay here.

I have been to Paris 6 times and stayed in many different hotels and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I am dissapointed with Booking.

Schimmel in der Dusche

Très petit, s-d-bain minuscule. La chambre donnait sur la cour et la pluie résonne sur l'auvent en plexi + on entend fort les gens qui passent par la cour. Prix su petit déjeuné très cher. Un peu petit et minimaliste.
