Superb Location with rooms looking directly into the Grand Place. Comfortable Clean Accommodation with friendly welcoming and attentive staff. Lauir was particularly helpful and accommodating and made a real effort to welcome us and make our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend this superb hotel.

Konumu muhteşemdi şehrin en önemli meydanında yer alıyordu. Temiz, güvenli bir otel. Özellikle resepsiyon görevlisi çok ilgiliydi, güleryüzlüydü ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Tekrar Brüksel’e gelirsem hiç düşünmeden burayı tercih ederim
This location was perfect, directly in the Grand Place.
The beds were a little uncomfortable.
L'emplacement de cet établissement est juste magique avec une vue magnifique sur la Grand Place ! Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute, proche de la clientèle grâce à quoi, nous avons pu faire une parfaite arrivée tardive, en dehors des horaires. Le restaurant ouvert très tard dans la nuit est un atout supplémentaire.
dans les améliorations possibles, peut être envisager un petit déjeuner sur place au lieu de le prévoir dans un autre établissement à une cinquantaine de mètres, même si cet établissement très accueillant propose un petit déjeuner de base tout à fait classique et correct.

Our room overlooked the Grand Place which remained quite lively throughout the night. We closed the double glazing to eliminate the noise.
The hotel receptionist Lauer was very friendly and helpful, recommending places for us to visit in his city.
We rode the city's Villo bikes out to the Atomium.
Breakfast was in a cafe across the square, it wasn't very clear how much breakfast was part of the deal. But it was fine.

Mein Zimmer hatte die Sicht nach Innen und das Zimmerfenster war auf der Höhe der Abluftsysteme !
Das Frühstück wurde nicht im selben Gebäude serviert. Es handelte sich auch nicht um ein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern um eine vom Restaurant vorgegebene Auswahl.

Unfortunately, I left this hotel and Brussels with a very bad and upsetting memory. During our stay, some of our personal belongings were stolen from the hotel, including earphones and phone charging cables. I only realized the full extent of what had been stolen after carefully checking our belongings. By that time, I had already left Brussels and was travelling in Germany, with a flight back to Cyprus the following day.
This incident completely ruined our stay. What upset me most was not only the financial loss, but the fact that our belongings were stolen while we were staying at the hotel. As a guest, I expected to feel that my personal belongings were safe inside the property. Unfortunately, after this experience, I did not feel secure at all.
The location of the hotel is excellent, right on Grand Place, but this serious incident overshadowed everything positive about our stay. I left both the hotel and Brussels with a very unpleasant memory and a great deal of disappointment.
The most serious issue was that some of our personal belongings were stolen while we were staying at the hotel. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. A hotel guest should be able to trust that their belongings are secure inside the property. Unfortunately, this incident completely changed our experience and left us very disappointed.
Location, the guy on the reception and the room was great for a weekend with my wife

Posizione eccellente. Affaccia sulla piazza principale e la Sera guardarla dalla finestra della camera è davvero meraviglioso. La colazione nel Bar antistante l'albergo molto buona ed abbondante in un locale veramente carino. Lo staff è stato gentile, disponibile e ci ha fornito molte informazioni
La struttura non possiede una zona di relax e accoglienza, né un bar. Dall'ingresso si accede direttamente alle camere. Il bagno è poco illuminato. Forse le camere sarebbero da rimodernizzare.
