Pros:

Said & kollega båda toppen killar.
Kanske bästa hotell säng nånsin.
Maxat värre med utsikt över torget.
Den ena frukost servitören så trevlig, och att få sitta där var morgon. Oj oj vicken grej.

Ok frukost på en restaurang tvärs över torget. Perfekt läge.

Cons:

Första intrycket var hemskt; tänkte nästan vända. Såg inte alls ut som ett hotell och inte en människa i sikte, bara en lapp med ett par telefonnummer. När väl en man kom var han mycket hjälpsam.
Rummet var fult och mörkt. Tror inte fönstren var tvättade någonsin.
Antar att de tar betalt för läget, men hotellet kan jag inte rekommendera.

We loved the location and the view from our room.
Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

At around 7am drilling and hammering started. Unsure if the hotel was undergoing huge repairs, but there's no place for breakfast, you're told to get a voucher and then walk across the Grand Place to have your breakfast.
Also the door handle in our room came off, which we originally found funny but if a fire had occurred, I'm not so sure we would have seen the fun.

De badkamer heeft een beetje opsmuk nodige

Personeel supper vriendelijk en behulpzaam, lokatie uniek, topklasse "de prachtige historische grote markt van Brussel"

De badkamer was aan vernieuwing toe, maar net en alles was aanwezig. Er waren noodreparaties aan tegelwand onder het bad uigevoerd, loskomende tegels waren met doorzichtige tape vastgekleefd, siliconennaden aan badrand vertoonden scheuren,...Het wc waterslot bleef soms haperen.Het slaapgedeelte was geheel naar wens.

Great central location, fantastic breakfast, and excellent value for money.
Pros:

The accommodation is perfectly located right in the center, directly at the Corbula. I imagine the rooms facing the square offer a brilliant view. Breakfast is included and served at the lovely little coffee shop just opposite the square – it was fantastic. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very good, especially considering the central location.

Cons:

Only the rooms on the front side seem to have the great Corbula view. My room faced a small backyard, which was less impressive. Also, if you travel with heavy luggage, keep in mind that you’ll need to roll it over quite a lot of cobblestone streets, which can be a bit inconvenient. Apart from that, the overall value for money is quite decent.

If location is your one and only priority and cost is not an issue, then this is a possibility.
Pros:

Location is outstanding in terms of walking distance for eating and browsing. We were fortunate to have a room with an excellent view of the square itself. The small little sitting table w/ chairs in an unique location.

Cons:

Best to pack light as there are about 5-6 steps leading to the front door. No ramp or anyone to assist. Elevator are very tiny. While our room location was wonderful, the floors throughout creaks, bed not that comfortable, and there is a permanent step ladder leading to the sitting table that will stub your toe(s) if one is not careful. The TV remote in our room nonfunctional due to possible dead battery. Notified front desk and was “asked” to bring remote to him to replace batteries due to his inability to move around freely. Hotel has a cleaning person that can perform this task. For the price, on a per night basis, one can do much better in the immediate area, which is too bad.
