Deckenventilatoren wären sinnvoll
Pros:

Die Lage ist ganz gut. Man kommt schnell in die Stadt. Betten waren neu und bequem. Es gab einen Parkplatz. Für eine Nacht ohne Ansprüche OK, ansonsten weit entfernt von nem netten Hotel.

Cons:

Der Check in online hat nicht geklappt.. es gibt nur auf Zuruf Personal, dieses spricht nur Englisch. Die Zimmer ( bis auf die Betten) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen..und bei über 28 Grad bekommt man die Hitze nicht mit einem winzig kleinen Ventilator aus dem Zimmer und die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, da sie an einer Hauptstraße rausgehen,es wird enorm heiß.

Ho risparmiato, ma a che prezzo...
Pros:

Costa meno rispetto alla media (anche se non costa poco per quello che offre)

Cons:

Camera molto sporca. Ho trovato due grossi ragni sopra il letto perchè nessuno aveva pulito le ragnatele. Offrono caffè e tè, ma le bustine sono sfuse in un contenitore sporchissimo e di fatto inutilizzabili. Va bene perchè stavo una notte e volevo spendere poco, sconsiglio soggiorni lunghi.

Kein Personal, kein Ansprechpartner , kein Frühstück, keine Rezeption, ohne solide Beherrschung der Handytechnik ist in diesem Geisterhotel nichts möglich…

"Quadratisch, Praktisch Gut".... Keep up the great work!
Pros:

I really enjoyed Team Constantin on the reception desk. Friendly, professional and always available or just a phone call away. The parking situation was fantastic and safe. The location was for me just perfect and I was able to get some good exercise while discovering the historic, beautiful city of Trier. The weather was very hot and the my room was around 30 degrees, like a sauna, but no one has control over the weather. So I did my best with the ventilator that was in the room:-)..and a cold shower before going to bed. I´m planning to come back in November and will definitely book again. Thank you for making my time in Trie a pleasant experience.

Cons:

Nothing. The Ventilator and coffee was a saver for all:-)

Übernachtung mit Mangel Vom Zentrum 15 - 20 min zu Fuß.

Heat wave
Pros:

Room size good and nice enough if you don't mind it bare.

Cons:

Location alongside the busiest road of Trier with lots of Ambulances and Police cars passing by.
We stayed during the heatwave and the huge windows let all the sun in. The curtains did little to help. It was unbearable in the room in the day and at night we had to keep the windows open because of the heat.
We invested in earplugs for the 2nd night which helped a lot - or was it just the exhaustion of not sleeping the night b4?

absolut unhygienisch und nicht akzeptabel
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer gute Lage. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist nicht besonders schön, aber für eine Nacht wäre es grundsätzlich in Ordnung gewesen.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und ziemlich warm. Zumindest gab es einen kleinen Ventilator. Leider war auch das Badezimmer nicht richtig sauber. Im Abfluss der Dusche befanden sich Haare, und an der Wand klebte sogar ein Kaugummi. Das allein war für mich schon eine Red Flag.

Das eigentliche Problem kam aber erst danach: Am Kopfteil des Bettes entdeckten wir zahlreiche Bettwanzen. Bei genauerem Hinsehen fanden wir sie auch an verschiedenen Stellen im Bett, unter anderem auf und zwischen der Bettwäsche sowie an den Kissenbezügen. Für uns war das absolut unhygienisch und nicht akzeptabel.

Wir haben deshalb nicht im Hotel übernachtet und sind bereits etwa anderthalb Stunden nach unserer Ankunft wieder abgereist. Trotzdem wurde uns der Preis für die Reservierung nicht zurückerstattet.

Manchmal ist günstig am Ende eben doch teuer. Nach unserer Erfahrung kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen. Wer überlegt, hier zu buchen: Ich würde davon abraten.

Saubere und günstig gelegene Unterkunft, zum guten Preis.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage an der Mosel und in der Stadtzentrum. Sehr sauber. Problemloses Einchecken. Sehr nettes Personal ( auch ohne Rezeption)
War unsere gute Rettung in der überfüllten Stadt zum Pfingsten! Dankeschön!

Cons:

Leider fehlte Klimaanlage.
Der Blick zum Innenhof war nicht so ganz estethisch.
