Schöne, großzügige Anlage mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem Service – mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen bei der Ausstat
Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Wir sind sehr spät, gegen 3 Uhr morgens, angereist und wurden trotzdem sehr freundlich empfangen und persönlich zu unserem Zimmer gebracht. So einen Service findet man nicht überall. Die Anlage ist groß und schön, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber und das Frühstück war gut. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und ein kleiner Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Sehr praktisch waren außerdem die Moskitonetze, da es durch die ländliche Lage viele Mücken gibt. Der Poolbereich und die gesamte Anlage machten ebenfalls einen schönen und gepflegten Eindruck. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fanden wir gut.

Cons:

Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel haben uns ein paar kleine Details gefehlt. Im Bad bzw. in der Dusche gab es weder Seife noch Shampoo. Außerdem gab es nur einen sehr kleinen Mülleimer im Badezimmer und keinen größeren Mülleimer im Zimmer. Die Einrichtung ist etwas älter und antik, was grundsätzlich zum Charme der Unterkunft passt. Mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen bei der Ausstattung wäre es für uns nahezu perfekt gewesen.

Pros:

Je to krásně předělaný statek na hotel na klidném místě. Chválím velký prostorný pokoj. Pěkná zahrada s bazénem, lehátky a možnost relaxace. Personál byl ochotný a milý. Dále chválím velké parkoviště.

Cons:

Hotel má daleko větší potenciál, než využívá.

C'est un lieu qui a du caractère et reflète les domaines viticoles des Pouilles.
Grande chambre et bon repos.
Très bon petit déjeuner. Il paraît que le resto est bon.

Cons:

Tout est un peu vétuste: décoration des chambres, lit d'appoint.
Espaces extérieurs ( terrasse, jardin ....) négligés. Piscine peu entretenue.
Transats en plastique et inconfortables. Radio assourdissante à la piscine.

Personale gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Bella struttura con potenzialità enormi, un grande saluto ad Enzo.

Camera 118 con cassaforte non Fuzionate,un pannello del controsoffitto mancante accesso con chiave magnetica problematico( ogni due ore si smagnetizzava) frigo bar vuoto (almeno acqua ad agosto). Non è una critica ma un suggerimento per chi lo ascolta 👋

Camera grande e spaziosa. Letto King. Colazione buona abbastanza varia per chi ama il salato non c'era molto. Parcheggio comodo. Piscina grande con trampolino

Jediné pozitivum byl bazén

Cons:

Den před příjezdem se nás ubytování dotazovalo jestli u nich povečeříme i když jsme měli placenou polopenzi. První chod byl dostačující, druhý chod katastrofa. Obsluha se nás třikrát ptala jestli si dáme jako druhý chod řízek čí Burger. Třikrát jsme opakovali, že řízek. Hádejte, co donesli? Samozřejmě Burger. Nechápu, že tento hotel má tolik hvězd.
