The room isn't very spacious, but it's cozy and comfortable. No complimentary bottled water is provided; instead, guests are expected to drink filtered tap water, which the hotel states is safe to drink. The bathroom amenities could be improved, and the bathroom itself looks quite dated and would benefit from some refurbishment. On the positive side, I really loved the TV—it was huge and made the stay much more enjoyable.

Property pretty good
In the second day they did’n clean my room, even I already put the signed for clean my room. When I came back from conference I found my room was still dirty and messy.
When I took breakfast, I already gave the kupon. But how could the staff when I starting to eat, she come and asking what is your room number, it was make me bad mood, I thought they consider me eat breakfast illegally.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Large rooms that were clean and comfortable.
The first time we stayed here, our room was facing the main road which was pretty noisy. The second time staying we requested for a room that was away from the main road and it was much better
All journey,... starting from check in until check out
Perhaps can improve the taste of breakfast, just a suggestion
Luxury feel
Nil
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen
The neighbourhood around the hotel had lots of shops. There were several cheap laundrettes which was useful.
The neighbourhood wasn't the cleanest, we often saw rats and cockroaches when walking at night. The area also wasn't well lit which made walking around not as enjoyable.
Cleanliness & hospitality.
Tv channel very poor.
Valuable
No invoice
We request invoice from reception and app but they dont give us.. Very stupid rules
Staff were friendly and the rooms were simple but clean
Nothing really
Nothing really stood out for me.
The hotel used to be a Shangri La, to me it didnt look anything close to that standard, I usually stay in Grand Wyndham in KL, and I expected some form of standardisation between the brand, but this felt more of a upper class motel than a Wyndham Hotel
