Muy acogedor
Rooms are very nice and well kept, need is comfortable, water is warm, late checkout (1pm). Very central, as central as it gets (this has pros and cons). There's free coffee and it's pretty good. Common areas are very nice and there are interesting books to read. Probably would be a better stay with one of the internal rooms.
Room was hot (top floor) and the ac could not keep up during the day (night was comfortable though). Street noise was a lot even for a heavy sleeper. There was also a loud verbal argument at about midnight, not that the hotel can do much about this. Location is in the tourist zoo, hard to take a walk without being accosted.

También quiero agradecerles por toda la información útil que me proporcionaron y por estar siempre atentas a las necesidades de esta viajera en solitario, haciéndome sentir segura y bienvenida durante mi estancia.
Mis mejores deseos para todo el personal del hotel. Sin duda, Cartagena es una de las ciudades más hermosas y encantadoras que he tenido la oportunidad de visitar, y gran parte de esa experiencia positiva se debe a la calidez y hospitalidad de las personas que conocí allí.
Recomiendo el Hotel La Casona, ubicado en el barrio de Getsemaní, muy cerca del Centro Histórico y de la Ciudad Amurallada de Cartagena. Es una excelente zona para hospedarse, ya que ofrece habitaciones cómodas con aire acondicionado, ideales para descansar y relajarse después de recorrer la ciudad. Además, el sector es seguro y cuenta con un ambiente agradable, por lo que decidí extender mi estadía y quedarme algunas noches más.
