Weinig flexibiliteit en ze denken niet mee. Geen kostenreductie na annulering en kamer weer opnieuw verhuren. Niet netjes.

Troppo costoso e zero flessibilitá , a volte i piccoli gesti di cortesia fanno la differenza, purtroppo questo hotel segue ideali diversi.

Camera troppo fredda, nella mia camera non é possibile spegnere l'aria condizionata o regolarla a mio piacimento.
