Had a great stay
Pros:

The room was agood size vary clean . I liked that I can see my viecle from the window and the food was great in the restaurant

Very poor accommodation but great staff in the casino. Poor eating establishments.
Pros:

The staff in the main casino and front desk could not be
faulted. The main problem was the rooms. We had a cleaner just once in 14 days. The sheets were changed just once and towels changed twice.
The last time we stayed in the pioneer the rooms were great. Rooms had the 20s look, table chairs, rocking chair oil lamp above table (electric). Great wall decoration. All that has gone . Problems:-

First the showerhead fell off and hit me on the head

Then the tap fell off.

No bathmats or safety rail in the bath

No ironing board they sent one round but it was a foot high. As also there is a lack of plugs to use it.

No hair dryer.

Asked twice for toilet paper. Eventually went and got our own.

No hard soap, just one which lasted 2 days. There was liquid soap.

You couldn't reach the light switch from the bed you had to get out of bed to turn off the light.
Requires a table in the room, plenty of space. Also a couple of chairs.

Mirror over the dressing table.

The rooms need a total revamp they have fallen a long way.

Cons:

Listed above. Plus during busy times the parking spaces outside the rooms need allocating to the appropriate room. No works vehicles as when they go to work at 4 in the morning they tend to wake people up.

New Year's Vacation
Pros:

The price and location.

Cons:

The noise at night, cars zooming through the parking lot, the elephant in the room above us who must learn to not be so loud while walking. Thump Thump Thump all night long. Non-working ice machine. I called "0" and the lady said there was one in every breeze way and that isn't true, they had 1 working machine that I had to go across the parking lot for. I checked all 4 places the lady said, 2 weren't working, 1 was and 1 most be invisible because there was NOT even a macine there except a soda machine. Failed to mention they sell bags of ice for $4 for 7 lbs. But found the casino 1 over, sells ice also $3 for 10 lbs!
The room: could have been cleaner, next time I'll bring some cleaning supplies. The toilet on the left side was not secured correctly to the floor and it "rocked" when you sat on it. The sink: the sink stopper was stuck shut. Luckily my husband the plumber was able to fix that. I left a comment card about the above in their comment box at the front desk in the little box.
The food: Enjoyed it until I got handed the Absolutely wrong food and after that smell, I just couldn't eat however they took my meal off the ticket.
Security: I walked across the casino floor with our daughter going to the restaurant, stopped to tell my husband this. (The restaurant is right behind him). I didn't get the whole sentence out of my mouth before Security came over and demanding ID from my 13 year old because she isn't allowed on the gaming floor! We were literally feet from the restaurant. We didn't eat anymore in the restaurant because we didn't want our daughter to go through that again. We used Uber Eats after that.
