FamilyMart is attached; in a busy area with lots of shops and food places

The location was fantastic, with a convenient Family Mart right next door and easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind, providing thoughtful amenities like daily fresh towels, slippers, pajamas, and complimentary toiletries. Although we experienced a minor issue with our room on the final day, the team handled it promptly and took excellent care of us. After traveling to other cities in Japan, we realized how much we were spoiled by the extra perks offered here, such as the separate men’s and women’s onsens. This hotel provided a superior level of service and hospitality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan for the first time. A highlight of our stay was the in-room massage bed, which we used daily after long days of walking. The hotel’s onsen was also a fantastic addition, perfect for soothing our aching feet and bodies. This was a major plus for us.
The ventilation in the building could be improved. Although we requested a non-smoking floor, the lobby consistently had a faint, stale odor reminiscent of a smoking area. I am not sure if this was coming from outside, but it would be much more welcoming if the lobby smelled fresh or had a relaxing scent like a spa.

This was the perfect location and had everything that we needed. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Although the shower was small (by US standards) the Public Bath more than made up for that. The staff was very nice and had enough English to help us when needed. It was close to shopping, food and train stations.
The step into the bathroom was a pain in my toe more than once!
Walking distance to Namba and Dotonbori.
Good location very central
Stay was great, everything clean and lots of amenities. Onsen and Women's lounge were a nice bonus. Only stayed 1 night to catch train to airport next morning, wish I'd come earlier to take advantage of the shopping.

Smell of cigarettes in lift
四樓有完全屬於女性的澡堂超讚的，乾淨整潔，消耗品完全免費，房間也蠻大的，兩個行李箱可以打開，但房間的浴室很小，去那邊單純享受公共澡堂。
地理位置很好，在兩條地鐵中間，稍微走一下約10分鐘。
缺點是，晚上街上比較凌亂一點，然後一樓煙味蠻重的，雖然飯店放了很多除臭用品，但煙味還是會隨著電梯上樓，不介意再入住。
地區位置人員比較複雜，需注意安全。
