A very nice and comfortable 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment, perfect for 2 couples or a family, in a prime location near Namba Station, a walking distance from central locations in Osaka. Good breakfast included. Very cooperative staff, assisted us with receiving luggage sent via Yamato before checking in, and storing it after checking out for a few hours till we left to the airport (direct train from Namba Station to KIX).

Exceptionally friendly reception and cleaning staff. Spacious one bedroom apartment, a rare find in Japan.
The bistro buffet was a bit lacking in western staples
and some of the staff (not all) were fairly disinterested. Which was a shame.

The hotel was well-located, near Dotonbori and the subway, so it was perfect in that regard. The room offered amenities like a washing machine and a small kitchenette, which we didn't need but might be a plus for others. The staff was friendly, but the hotel itself wasn't anything special that would make us want to return.
Location is very accessible to Namba City. Within a very short walk, there were convenience stores, good eating places like Ippudo Ramen and Pepper Lunch. Staff are all very friendly. Decent breakfast spread too
Nothing much else to add
Fantastic service apartment especially for families with little one. Our 19 months toddler slept comfortably in the wooden cot provided by the hotel. The washing machine provided was good… washed and dried thoroughly.. even provided laundry pods. The kitchenette was great…we could cook a few meals and the utensils provided were all clean. The living room and bedroom good size for our toddler to run around.

Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka was a comfortable and convenient place to stay during our time in Osaka.
The location was excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shops in the surrounding area. It made getting around the city very easy.
One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was the size of the room. It felt more like a fully equipped apartment than a hotel room. Having a washing machine, stove, refrigerator, microwave, spacious wardrobe and luggage area, and even two televisions made it especially practical for travelers staying more than a few days.
What stood out most, however, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We were very grateful to be offered an early check-in, and receiving a room upgrade after a long journey was a wonderful surprise.
The staff also assisted us on our departure day by allowing us to use the guest room to reorganize our luggage before our late-night flight. Thoughtful gestures like these made our travel experience much smoother and more enjoyable.
The hotel felt safe and reliable throughout our stay, and we had no concerns leaving our luggage with the team after check-out. The yukatas provided in the room were comfortable and elegant, and we appreciated that breakfast was served until 10:00 a.m., allowing for a relaxed start to the day.
Points to Consider
The hotel is designed more as a serviced residence than a traditional luxury hotel, which may suit some travelers better than others. While the amenities and breakfast selection were relatively simple, we found the room’s spaciousness, excellent location, and the staff’s outstanding hospitality to be the highlights of our stay.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily consider staying here again when visiting Osaka.
