Location great, room not so much
Pros:

Location of this property is phenomenal. Check in was easy. Our room was very dusty. Whenever I moved the blanket, I would start coughing from the dust.
Mattress was very uncomfortable. Firm is an understatement. Bathroom is basic, but had the most overpowering provided soaps I’ve ever had in a hotel. They were horrible. No bathroom fan. Overall, I’d find another place to stay while visiting Osaka.

100% recomendado
Pros:

Alojamiento muy céntrico. Al lado de la estación y de un 7-11 que abre 24h. Apartamento con todas las comodidades. Cama muy cómoda. Personal muy atento. Nos encantó nuestra estancia. Nos hubiéramos quedado más días.

Outstanding two-bedroom apartments
Pros:

Well located near major train station and the two bedroom apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Fantastic shower in the main bathroom.

Exceptional stay in Namba
Pros:

In busy Namba area, the room is so quiet, we can rest very well. Facilities are exceptional.. all the details have been looked after including a washing machine and dryer in the room! On very hot summer days, this is our saving grace. Staffs are courteous, location is exceptional and very strategic.

Cons:

Nothing, it’s one of our best stays in Japan!
