Recommend for families visiting Osaka!
Pros:

Conveniently located near Namba station (direct to airport). Lots of eateries and shopping malls close by. Breakfast selection is thoughtful and service is warm. Having a washer/dryer is a great bonus for long stay!

Cons:

Not much. Room is not the newest but has everything we could think of. Kitchen has cutleries and TV has Netflix.

Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were emaculate. Location was close to transport and shopping areas.

Right beside a train station and theres a mall beside the hotel. such a good and convenient place to stay in. love the vibes and the staff are so nice and helpful with our request.

Great location to train station, food and shopping.
Pros:

We have always stayed in Fraser Residence Nankai whenever in Osaka. Great location within walking distance to Namba Station and shopping streets. Staff always so friendly and helpful. Very convenient to get around.

Cons:

My Husband & I stayed for 7 nights with Fraser. We were given a room next to the highway, which got quite noisy in the middle of the night with some cars racing by. Would have appreciated a better room location. Otherwise, everything else was great!

I really liked this place.
Pros:

This is one of the nicer places I stayed during my month in Japan. I especially liked the laundry machine in the room and the in room filtered water.

Cons:

Breakfast was mostly the same every day but it was good.

櫃檯人員都很有禮貌，下次還是會考慮入住
Pros:

服務很好，可以寄放行李很方便，距離難波站很近，對面還有超商跟一風堂拉麵，去黑門市場走路也不遠，一下子就能去道頓堀逛街。
房內有洗脫烘還有洗衣精讓我可以少帶很多衣服，也有微波爐餐具可以使用，吹風機還是國際牌，頭髮很快就吹乾，超方便

Cons:

浴室地板排水似乎不太好，洗澡的水若弄到外面地板上不會乾🥲
