The location is brilliant, and the receptionist who checked us in was super.

Our beds were unmade for 2 days but when we mentioned it to the reception, they got it sorted right away.

La ubicación, la vista de la habitación. Nos dieron una habitación en el ala nueva del hotel, todo el mobiliario y la decoración a extrenar.

Cons:

EL agua de la ducha quedaba estancada y costaba que bajar dejando el baño inundado. Hicimos la observacion y quedaron en solventarlo pero el problema se mantuvo los siguientes días.

Personale molto gentile, hanno risolto ogni nostro problema e riposto con cortesia ad ogni richiesta.
Hotel in buona posizione e molto pulito
Colazione abbondante e al sesto piano si gode di una bella vista..
Presenza del bidet top.

L unica cosa è che le pareti delle stanze permettono di sentire praticamente ogni cosa....da capire se solo nella mia...
Diciamo che se hai vicini educati non hai problemi.
