Quiero dejar asentado mi profundo descontento con la experiencia vivida durante mi estadía.
La habitación asignada presentaba un nivel de ruido inaceptable, que hizo imposible descansar correctamente. Lo más grave no fue solamente la situación en sí, sino la falta total de respuesta y responsabilidad por parte del hotel: nadie se comunicó conmigo para ofrecer una solución concreta, hacer seguimiento ni asumir lo ocurrido, aun habiendo realizado el reclamo tanto por Booking como directamente en recepción y al Gerente mismo.
Esperaba un estándar de atención y servicio muy distinto. Lamentablemente, la experiencia estuvo muy lejos de lo prometido y considero importante que futuros huéspedes conozcan este tipo de situaciones antes de elegir hospedarse allí.

Que no tenía cafetera en mi cuarto y la falta de sábanas.
Location in the city center
First room was quite warm. Turning on the AC only made it worse and the windows did not open. Complained to the front desk and they said that the central heating was on and the AC would not cool. They did move me to another room which had working AC plus windows that opened.
When I checked in I asked if I could have a late checkout. The person at the front desk said “fine what time”. I said 2pm and he said “ok, all set.” The morning of my last day the front desk calls to tell me that it’s past (regular) check out time and I tell them I have a lake checkout. They said they didn’t have it in their system and I would have to pay 50,000 pesos. I went to the front desk and complained and they did not charge it. But they implied that it was somehow my fault for not “confirming” it. When I asked how would I do that I didn’t get an answer.
The rooms were outdated and a little run down, but that didn’t bother me and was charming in its own way. Everything was clean.
