Pros:

Liked the layout and contemporary design. Very comfortable bed, proper blackout blinds.

Cons:

Bathroom not designed for women! Need a shelf in the shower.
The controls on the iPad were sometimes glitchy.
No kettle in the room.

It was in a good location to go to other places and it was clean

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. Very hard. On our first night we ordered dumplings, sweet potato fries and one drink each. The price was very expensive for what was more or less a started and side. It took atleast an hour to come to us and they don’t have the garlic mayo which was a signature part of the sweet potato fries dish.

The breakfast was delicious and the central location is perfect. Rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean

Cons:

Our air conditioning was broken in the room and it took two days and endless trips to reception to be given a fan for the room (which made all the difference). We found the night staff to be superb in place of the day staff who kept fobbing us off.
