This place made us feel welcomed.
Pros:

Check in / check out process is really easy. Staff is super friendly, and comunicative. The sitting area on the first floor is amazing, plenty of place to sit and chill.

Pros:

It's futuristic. The blind and TV and lights all work from a tablet. It was brilliant. You could change the colour of the lights aswell.

Cons:

There was no kettle in the room. You have to go to the first floor to buy a coffee. £3.50 .

Convenient and Comfort in Glasgow City Centre
Pros:

Impressed by everything, overall a great experience of a comfortable room with well considered amenities.

Cons:

My only thought was that personally I would've preferred the washbasin to be inside the bathroom and not outside. A small observation on what was a very smart room.

Pros:

The hotel is ideally located, close to the city centre as well as many shops and restaurants, yet the rooms are well soundproofed and very quiet. Although the rooms are compact, they are cleverly arranged, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was also extremely comfortable. I was initially sceptical about controlling the lights and curtains through a tablet, but I ended up really appreciating it. The dreamy night lighting created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, and I especially enjoyed waking up to the alarm’s gentle city sounds. The room had everything I needed, including a proper hairdryer and even two different shower gels: an energising one for the morning and a relaxing one for the evening. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options, including cereals, delicious Bircher muesli, pastries, and several savoury choices that I did not have the chance to try. The coffee was excellent too!

Cons:

I would have appreciated having some water in the room, although I understand and respect that not providing it is part of the hotel’s sustainability policy.

Good location. Comfy and clean.

Cons:

Couldn't be bothered with the self check in. Not all normal uk tv channels were available (eg. 5) and tv kept freezing. Having to use mini pc as a control was annoying. No tv listings.

Good location and clean with friendly staff but technology was poor

Cons:

The TV would only work for a maximum of 15 mins then would become interrupted by a poor signal. We called staff in initially when we first experienced this issue. Once the TV was rebooted, the issue continued throughout our stay
